ED conducted raids on M3M offices and seized luxury cars and jewelry work 60 cr. ED has also arrested Roop Bansal on money laundering charges of 400 cr in conspiracy with the IREO group. Since there are a lot of speculations in the market about the future of the M3M group and what will happen to M3M under construction projects. Some bank providing funds to them like Canara and bank of Maharashtra.
It's better to withdraw your money from m3* and SW asap, no bank is funding any of their project today.

However, I am concerned about the fact that it was a new launch and I am unsure about the level of sales they have achieved so far. Considering the current circumstances, potential new buyers may hesitate to commit and explore other options, which could potentially impact the progress of the project. I would like to hear your opinion on M3M Crown. Additionally, another significant issue I have noticed with M3M is their reliance on channel partners for communication with end buyers. My personal experience with channel partners has been disappointing, as they often provide misleading information and lack credibility.
I also purchase unit in m3m crown , please share your number, se we can discuss and be on same page for any updates.
Don’t trust agents and channel partners and always invest with listed companies like DLF, Godrej etc and sleep peacefully

Panic has already been arrived….. Now bank stopped home loan disbursement for M3M projects……Now Gurgaon real estate is going just like Noida way….. For Investors, I would say you are loosing every day…. God bless you 🙏

ऐसी चीजे होती रहती है... मतलब कोई money laundering कर रहा है वो ठीक है और ऐसे क्रिमिनल के projects में पैसा डाले लोग... सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने recently बोला है money laundering is equal to terrorism...
No sir I am not supporting any kind of money laundering .I was trying to say that ED raids are very often.so don’t panic but yes at last we suggested to hold your decisions for any investment.
you are absolutely right but this is also the fact that most of the builders have history of money laundering and have been saving themselves with manipulations and political backing. Its so unfortunate that real estate has been risky ride always for buyers.

I Paid 1 Lakh in M3M Golf estate 2 by card swipe and given the 4 Lakh rupee from Cheque on 25 March 2023 in EOI.
After 2 Days on 27th March 2023, I asked for cancellation and I stopped the cheque through Bank.
So M3M had my 1 Lakh rupees only.
After going through many mails from last 4 month, giving them all the proof like Bank statements, KYC etc…
The RM said on 7th July 2023 that my refund request went to the Finance team and it will be refunded in 7-10 Working Days in my Bank account.
Now again calling him on 27th July 2023, he is saying that the Finance team can take 2-3 months or more than that to refund my money.
But I am very thankful to God, that I cancelled my unit on time, in the worst case I will be losing 1 lakh rupees.
