In India, whether it's the current government or the previous government, all of them focused on religious conflicts to gain attention and to gain votes rather than peaceful treaties or discussions. From the starting it was only between the conflicts of two religions. Thanks sir, for explaining how a country's leader should work to make the country successful.
Couldn't Agree more with you. Literally indian people are so busy in religious conflict. India is also a secular country but unfortunately we couldn't grow n develop like Singapore because of our leaders. One is busy with hindus and one is with muslims to become PM. We should learn a lot from Singapore even from our state of Kerala. Kerala is the most literate state in india and i think this is because the people from different religions stay together without any racism and without any conflict without any judgement. If other people also start to think like that then india can be so bright in the future as a secular country, as a developed country.

I went to Singapore earlier this year, and OH MY GOD. Everything is so developed , the transportation is so good. People are so humble, and they are always ready to help. Not to mention how citizens respect every job, from business exec to a garbage collector, everyone is paid enough to lead a decen life. I went during their independence day celebrations, and you could feel the excitement and patriotism in the air.

Lee Kwan Yew transformed Singapore from a poor country to one of the richest country in the world in 30-40 years through his vision, dedication and strong will while maintaining racial harmony. What he did was even more commendable considering the lack of natural resources (drinking water and agricultural land to grow food) and a small nation area wise. The world needs more Lee Kwan Yew's..

I myself lived in Singapore for 6 years when I was a very young child, between the age of 2 - 8. The education system, public transport, infrastructure(especially Changi Airport), cleanliness and various other things are absolutely commendable.

Important point got missed the first prime minister was a mathematician from Worlds #1 college. When he held the chair first time, he put all top educated people at the all top political positions in Singapore like Top Economist, top scientist, top educationist etc., and then all layers in politics were top educated folks.. Rest everything u said is byproduct of this..
