There is another reason that is concrete. To make those tall buildings you have to transport cement on the top floor. I was there when Burj Khalifa was in build. And they are saying transfer cement to that high is the most difficult job and i also heard that some workers are living on the top to work they only come on the ground when they take their day off or not feeling well.
Burj Khalifa is 70% empty. There are no investing businesses in Dubai. Burj Khaliaf has become an advertising billboard for 3rd world countries and Dubai has become a 3rd class Las Vegas for 3rd world countries.

We can also use the indirect proportionality of temperature with pressure to balance the pressure at high altitudes and also we can use single lattice material or single block elements to make the building's base with distributed base pressure to make the buildings

Firstly an earthquake of even magnitude 1 or less is impossible in the UAE (and other Gulf countries) because They are located away from all major fault lines. So these kind of assumptions are not true. Also Burj Khalifa is designed with a anti storm and earthquake design which can handle upto magnitude 7 earthquake.

Also there is a little known fact that this building was named "Burj Dubai" initially but the makers were having money constraints after a while and the ruler of Abu Dhabi the late Sheikh Khalifa bailed them out by providing money so the tower was named Burj Khalifa in his honour.

I was there when Burj Khalifa was in build. And they are saying transfer cement to that high is the most difficult job and i also heard that some workers are living on the top to work they only come on the ground when they take their day off or not feeling well.

Firstly an earthquake of even magnitude 1 or less is impossible in the UAE (and other Gulf countries) because They are located away from all major fault lines. So these kind of assumptions are not true. Also Burj Khalifa is designed with a anti storm and earthquake design which can handle upto magnitude 7 earthquake.
