Thanks for the still great review. I've already decided on the Pro version, but I'm still undecided on which color to go with, and very personally, I like the color of the keyboard you have, but I have some doubts about whether the orange line on the top that comes with the Pro version will work with the color of this keyboard. I'm not sure how my opinion will change when I see it in person, but are you happy with the color of this one?
a keyboard named after what my southern grandpa calls certain ppl... oh wait. just jokes but btw wooting 60 and other magnetic boards dont use felx cuts or break mod or gaskets even because the lazers get disturrbed super easy and then you have an rma. thats why i think they support modding cuz they know the potential but on a large scale dont see the value over the risk . These he keebs have made it fun to customize again. good review im gonna have to get this magger tbh i like it
Oh that’s completely fair and thanks that is good to know This one is actually quite good for the price. I think in general it’s nice to have a platform that people can mod but I also believe the quality of build should still be there and then you just have an option to if you want. Which I do like Wooting has done that mostly but the 60HE before I didn’t find really but that point fully until later
@@mikeytypes Yah im with you. the new madlions keebs and stuff would be shut down if they werent in china and stuff like that is unfortunate but also kinda great for the consumer. sometimes chinese factories would do genuine replicas so the fact theyre selling a cheap wooting with a diff name makes it palletable. i have way too many keebs but i really wanna try both the mad60 and magger68. keep the vids coming im addicted lmao
@@outdoorogre4279 thanks hahaha! Yeah the Chinese companies now for keyboards has saturated the market, but really great stuff is being made which I love
hello in your opinion this keyboard or the wooting if I have the budget for both and second question in comparison the Switch jade pro are better than wooting or not? Thanks
So it gets a bit complicated but if you’re looking at the Wooting 60HE vs the luminkey in terms of just performance I would say the Luminkey in pure performance. If you were to include the 80HE I would say Wooting. This is because Wooting has the performance + the software and support to back it more than other companies and Wooting has I would say the best software and customization. In terms of switches it depend on the person’s preference in feel and sound. The Lekker V2 are great, but not everyone likes it because of the feel and sounds all the switches have good performance it just comes to preference
will this keyboard benefit from changing stabilizers, I want to change the stock ones to TX clip-in stabs(I do know that there are no cutouts for screws on PCB)?
@@aimlesss.921 a good one would be getting the Designer Studio ones which are plate mount. These are not as expensive and are good. I found these stabilizers were fine but the designer studio ones I would say good upgrade
@@hermanaugust4756 I would say it depends on what you would prefer for case wise in terms of the switches I haven’t actually tried the white magnetic so hard to say but I think not much performance difference
