I get up just before 6am, whether it is dark, light, storms, raining, snowing etc. I get my walking gear on, put the dog in his harness and we go for an hour and a half fast walking over fields and through woods. No technology, just looking at what's around me and listening to the morning sounds. Breakfast 7:30, drop youngest off at school 8:15, and then it's work. I don't use an alarm clock. I walk him again for another hour in the same place at around 7-8pm. I work full time and I have a family life. As we had a holiday in country last year I have done this on 490 consecutive days. It keeps me fit, it helps me decompress. The best time of year are February mornings when I hear the birds tweeting rather than the owls hooting and I know the mornings will be getting lighter. I don't meditate, I don't need to.
Very good routineððð
In islam, the day starts after dawn .
When muslims pray and remember God .
The remembrance said bring peace and security in one life .
Its a beautiful start for a day .
What ever you have ,you ask Allah to make it easy for you , and you can see the results of this worship to Allaah.
I walk, I meditate, I exercise. I can't do the cold shower! Great Show.
Don't meditate morning. Watch day light, walk and fast for 3 hours at least. Ur body needs to release cortisol to wake u up fully to begin ur day . Eating or meditating will relax u meaning u will have depressive thoughts due to untimely release of cortisol in the evenings.
Awesome you part of the podcasts changing the world. Love the content.
I do meditation with coffeeððŊ
Can't do without my coffeeððâĪâĪ
No reason this can't be a thing. Are you giving it all of your attention, with sincerity and intention in what you are doing? If so, mark it dude
Fantastic advice. Thank you.
This is so encouraging, so inspiring.. Thank you..
45m tea, 30 min exercise, 15m breakfast, 15m hot cold shower, how long is her commute? Tell me who has 2 hours before even setting off to work?
Exactly, Tell me you have no kids without telling me you have no kids ð
People who go to sleep at 9 p m and wake up at 4 a m. That's not me.
The most valuable asset we have is time- if you make time for YOU . Then the magic starts .
â@@rajindarsingh1417im with you, but I'd argue that the most valuable asset is attention
â@@cmgordon12345Aaaaaaaaah. The problematic part, eh. (when attn is necessarily, but not preferably divided) Great point.
brilliant advice and also why i love my sprints to give me my high
I swim minimum 4 times a week sometimes 6. I swim 1.6km every time (1 mile) i burn 800 calories and feel amazing for the rest of the day
You wanna live till 100?ð
@@shreyas5696_YT i would like to live forever ð
Thanks
I do barbecue meditation ð§ââïļ. Usually in the evening with friends. The whole ritual, including preparing the grill, and everything else... It just works perfectly, for dopamine, serotonin and you get the perfect mood bost! ð
Would be an interesting conversation if you had Master Shi Heng Ye
Yeah il do all that before I leave at 6am for a 12 hour shift at work ,think we all need to get back in the real world for a bit ð
Yes, I thought the same thing. These people do not live in anybody elseâs world.
Try it, yes it's fough, but the thought of contracting dementia is more scary. I cared for my Dad for 3 years until he died aged 76. He retired 5 years before he died
Yeah another privileged person talking about all their free time
@@apassionforpool7800 I'm sorry for your lose ,I hope your familys good, grief is terrible
@@XStory-_- you mean someone who worked hard and put maximum effort into something, how is that privilidgeð, that's an excuse lazy people use
We are all responsible for how we age!
Running is a moving meditation. A Zazen.
I sweat with deluxetine. When I work out (74yo), does that sweat count?
Love this individual! Rather than 'meditation' - ya might try just Talking to YAH, our Heavenly Father and gaining strong Faith, Listening to the Bible online, too) ... AND THEN all the other things recommended herein! ð
And may be watch Bugs Bunny cartoons too, just as relevant as the Bible, in fact maybe not as ridiculously made-up.
@@jimmason8502 Funny! Watch alotta tvProgramming, i see! When ya hit da pit .... "th th that's all, folks!". Hahahahahahaha. Must be a BIIIIIIG PIT. I don't actually care where other souls go, so, keep watching Bugs! Laugh on!ð
@@jimmason8502 Bible tells: the Euphrates Rvr will dry completely in the End Times. DRIED UP ABOUT 2 MOS. AGO. Their "road" to ... us. Soldiers already being thanked in their nations for heading to IS real and us A. ðMillions without h20, 1st time Ever. THIS YEAR you will be amazingly woken up ... but ... too late to matter. Just think about Bugs (coming soon ... na sa visions of "christ" in skies, too!) when ya wake up. Gonna be a HELL of a fall (get it, Fall?) in usa. (Winter will be fall time, also.)
Meditate, drinking tea, exercise, cold shower, etc. The usual, except video games or pornography. As long as you can live out a life you're not participating in degenerate activities, you're good to go, having hit up all the sustainable dopamine achieving activities that are not overstimulating your baseline of happiness to spiral downwards down the road.
4:50 *Get the MOOD BOOST folks!*
Eat right âïļout Dr. Peter Rogers. He knows the Gray matter ðĪš
Great Exchangeðïļ
Oh boy. Some of this is going to encourage those who over do it. I can see problems here.
What if you're handicapped and cannot do aerobics????
did she give up intensati?
It's funny these people try to tell you you must get up and exercise and meditate and never pick up your iPad because it's bad for you, etc., well, they should be so lucky that we don't do all of that first thing in the morning, and that we have a cup of coffee while we're looking at these TH-camrs, that give them revenue! Every morning when I wake up, I watch TH-cam videos and they should be thanking me.
Standard Tim ferris ridiculous morning routine for billionaires
She told me she doesnât have a good grasp of basic health when she said she loves the adrenaline feeling she gets from cold/hot showers. Cortisol, adrenaline and norepinephrine does major damage to your body long term.
Ew tea, such an underwhelming beverage. But, sounds like a good planð.
We need a neuroscientist to tell us this.
This self obsession with your health is unhealthy !
Except there is so many unhealthy things in todayâs world-many on purpose and corrupt FDA and food corporations. It would be like walking downtown Chicago at midnight with no awareness. ð
Itâs likely the opposite
Says the person watching a video on self health. Hahaha.
Let's be honest. It's not an all in all out scenario. You can check in with your health status 4 times a year and update yourself on some recent information aligned with your goals and progress.
That doesn't require obsession. It's just good quality of life management.
Yeah, eat, drink, and be Merry because tomorrow we die!
The moment she said I do a brew meditation first thing in the morning, I switch off.. This is why DOAC is going down the pan, he has to have increasing crazy folk on his show to keep it varied. Such a shame, I used to be a huge fan of SB
So you mean you only want guests that tell you to do the things you like? ð Anyone else is crazy? Maybe you do need to listen to different guests...
BS
@mtwata I hope you enjoy your brew meditation, Iâll be in the gym first thing getting out my comfort zone
@@jamesroadnight5327 I didn't say I do it. But there are different ways of living life, not only your way. You can still listen to and learn different perspectives, even if you don't think they apply to you. Meditation, by the way, can be a way to get out of your comfort zone too. I mean, she does tea meditation, writes books and speaks on podcasts. You go to the gym, write comments on TH-cam and watch Andrew Tate and Jordan Peterson.
Any advice is bad advice .. this huberman style phenomenon is a sign of a weak society
spin class - very aerobic? what kind of spin class is this ð
Tea?? This person claims to be an expert but is advising caffeine first thing in the morning? Which spikes your cortisol? What a fraud
They are ALL fakeðģ what works for one person isnât always going to work for another person! Do as much exercise as possible and eat organic and practice Gratitude and you WILL feel better and be happierð
A lot of herbal tea is caffeine free
