    Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure this is not just a dream. What are your thoughts on the 2018 Honda CBR650F? Worth selling my MT07 for?

      Berlin Biker hey even I m thinking d same way! Factors like Reliability comfort n cost of ownership says Honda n fun factor handling n looks says street triple 765s! Really confused..

      Honda will be way cheaper to maintain than the Triumph and cost of insurance will be less. But, at the end of the day you gotta ride it and see which one speaks to you.

      Why did you get rid of it?

      Still got it mate won't swap for a fair while it was between this and the mt07 it was the sound it makes and driving position that made my mind up, mt07 is way more torquey but used to 4 cylinders now

    hi! do you think a complete beginner can handle the cbr 650 and would you recommend it as an entry bike for motor cycling? thx!

      I'll be honest, no. I think if you are interested in a sport bike look, I would recommend the CBR300R. Learn how to ride a motorcycle, get really comfortable on it, then after a year or two when you have outgrown the 300 in all aspects, go to the 650. Any bike that can break 150 without an issue is too much for a beginner, it will inflate your ego and you won't be able to control it.

    This new cbr650f provided with steering damper or not?

    • @BurtoniMotors
      @BurtoniMotors  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is unfortunately not provided with a steering dampener, but there are loads of aftermarket ones.

    Bro great review but to be honest you first need to learn how to release the clutch...too much of fake revs happening there! You are missing out in the REAL acceleration if you keep holding that clutch like that.

      I agree, this engine type is very different than what I'm use to. Reviewing the footage, I definitely saw my mistakes. I was looking for the torque lowdown of my bike to know when to release the clutch, it just never came.

    You think you need to rev this to get power out of it? Haha... try a 600rr or 1000rr. Shifting needs work dude... your clutch / rev control is a bit whacky.

    Wan no steering dampers needed for the street duuuuuh

  • @SVwindsor

    Cbr650f is an unusual designed bike, can't hold clutch cant ride laid back. If one does It will be a worse experience. Cbr650f is first a touring bike then a sport. Too much power for a beginner or who has not driven it before. Truthfully, it is not for street riding more for highways because of longer gearing and awkward weight distribution. I feel the engine is unusually higher to shorten wheelbase. The reason for its uniqueness I guess.

    Can the real riders agree!!! New clutch plates at 3k oil change?????

    • @BurtoniMotors
      @BurtoniMotors  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's a bit crazy. Every 3k change? Or just the first.
