Yes. Your wife deserves it. Go for it. Your future four more children deserve it.
Cash does all the work
@@jeannejohnson6174 he does a lot of the housework and laundry. Plus she's a terrible housekeeper. The truth hurts. He's a great guy
@@jeannejohnson6174 ok everybody chill before this becomes ww3 xD
Haha anybody who thinks she doesn't work has never taken care of two tiny kids at home all day.
@@sewistnotsewer I took care of 3 little kids and did tons of other things. Plus I was the bread winner. I married a bum. Cash does so much in that family
This apartment might be the first "deal" this non-New Yorker sees as an actual deal. Granted, it's pricier than anything that size you'd find in the Philly burbs where I'm at, it's a heck of a lot nicer! It has a better layout, better views, & better access to amenities than all of the 700K 1000sqft homes that haven't been updated since the 70s that are around me. I'd likely convert it to a 2 bed or at the very least, section off that corner with some tall bookshelves & ceiling hung panels to create a lovely in-home office/creative space.
But also, could you imagine being a little one growing up with those views as the backdrop to your life!? It would be truly amazing.
You need also consider that for home is ~2mill but the monthly maintenance/HOA is probably another 1-2k easy
Yup, I was right. Just checked out the listing, monthly tax is $1500 and monthly HOA is $2527… on top of the $2mill price tag
@@yangyangnezin208 thanks for checking that - wow - those extra fees add up to a lot monthly, then there would be paying for utilities on a place this size, can imagine a pricey monthly bill for that too.
Little one putting handprints and mouth prints all across the windows....
All of the NY licenses I see in Philly daily are probably not looking as much as you might think in the Philly burbs. 😂
Maggie is a knockout !😍🤪❤.
shes a young, very pretty BIGGER girl .....but add a few years....lets say have 1 child.....a much BIGGER WOMAN now.........go nuts homie...your one of my buddys who likes bigger women....in the bedroom.....most guys crushing yoga/gym chics would pass........
Hey back off, thats my wife
Absolutely, buy it. This is a real luxury apartment in a luxury location.
Good Lord, this apartment is stunning. 😊
Fantastic apt. Love the Windows. Great price for what you're getting. All that storage and laundry in the apt. Have nothing bad to say about this one
Pov: you don't even live in new York but are watching this
I'm an architect nerd
I dated guys in construction for new homes so I could see in them 😊
Not only that, I have absolutely no desire to even move to the USA, let alone NY but I watch these 😂
@@ibelieveinyourgalaxysame, just watch to be shocked by what people pay for broom closets. Some rents for a month is my mortgage for the year 😅
@@susannpatton2893smart girl! 👍 😅
@@ibelieveinyourgalaxy😂😂😂
I love the floor to ceiling windows where the 2 chair sitting area is. Double ovens, a huge fridge, double freezer drawers, man ...
The view of Maggie is better than the view out of the apartment!
Just a heads-up, I lived in a place like this in a cheaper city and having ceilings this tall has ruined every place I've lived afterwards haha. I live in a nice bungalow now but it feels like a damn cave, even with a lot of light. Tall ceilings are one of the top priorities in my next place.
Absolutely agree!
uh? bungalow without high ceilings? old model?
same, my ex apartment had high ceilling + view on a river.., But my new, has a square living room. And square room, I can tell you, are magical. It makes the room look 1/3 bigger.
Looks, location and price.Seems great to me.Definitely going to need to do the added bedrooms thing.
Holy moly, I'm loving it. So well laid out and lots of space & light. I'd probably convert it to a two bed. Thanks Cash.
Beautiful property!! I imagine they have privacy shades, but the light is amazing. I wonder if the windows help with the cooling? Great find in a beautiful area of NY!
"Pull out" drawers! I've never seen THOSE! I'm sold!
Another amazing, entertaining, amusing neighborhood tour.
This is a great place for a city person! Who wouldn't want to live here with all the amenities right there. Easy to walk around and get around no matter what you're you're doing
Wow...super nice. Picture those massive windows, with little finger and nose prints on the bottom part....😁
Do it!!! Wherever I see your kitchen it drives me crazy how cluttered it is. You deserve some space for you and your family
Thank you for sharing this condo. It looks very nice.
That's a great apt!! Love the Sun exposures, Love the area!😊
I am a little late but this is probably the best apartment I've seen yet in NYC that I'd consider moving into. The hardwood flooring and space is incredible!
Great showing ! You and Maggie are cute together. Please do more with her !
Awesome clip thanks for sharing my old neighborhood damn I worked right up the block at the hospital and live a few blocks up
$2M for a one-bedroom apartment. Let that marinate for a little while.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Location rules.
Only in New York.
@@career5690 Hardly!
@@ericryanyawl9401 as a lifelong New Yorker, I can say with 100% certainty that there is NOTHING in the city - any borough - that justifies this kind of price tag. Not. One. Thing.
Big stretch to call it a convertible 2 bed in which half or more of the living room would be lost. Nice though besides and great video Cash.
Of all the apts Jordan has shown us this one rates at the very top of my favs ever. Loved the huge windows!
The area is excellent & beautiful place
Oh, yeah! This one has got it all! And I've been watching Cash for long enough to think that 2 mil is a good price. I can't even fathom living in that world. But I still love the apt. 😊
Hi Cash and to your friend wow this is a stunning one bedroom apartment in NYC. So glad it’s affordable stay well and safe 😎👍😀
Now that is a lovely apartment!
Stunning apartment, beautiful area...dare to dream.
I really can't wait for Cash to find a bigger apartment/townhouse. I'm rooting for you❤❤
Gorgeous apartment!!!
An intersting video. Good work Cash. 😀
Those windows🥰
for $2 Million, Maggie better come with the apartment
This place is beautiful!😊
If I’m in any other mood than happy, I watch a Cash video. I just get you Dude. Fun, snark, cool. Love it!!
This is Gonna b so Cool CJ🔥🔥🔥👍n Happy Thursday😀….
I loved, loved, loved living on W. 68th and CPW. Worth every single penny. Hands down, best neighborhood in all of Manhattan.
That is adorable and yes..buy it!!
Love cashes tours of the neighborhood 👏🏾
Very nice! Worth it for sure!
That is a great apartment, location, and building. The value will only rise.
Moreso if it's converted to a 2 bedroom
Thanks Cash!
Nice apartment aesthetically beautiful. Could imagine how nice to live there especially if young and getting that great first big job break.
Love that place!!!! ❤
That is one gorgeous NY apartment!
Very nice apt. Modern, bright, space.
I love your videos!!!! You have a beautiful family!!!!!! ❤❤
YES !!! Buy it !
It's beautiful! You should buy it.
Awesome job cash I hope I will see you tomorrow or Sunday
He takes Saturdays off, so you're in luck!
ok go checkout
What a awesome place. It is so crazy. I live in one of the most expensive areas in North Carolina and my 2 bedroom condo that is close to the same size is a bit over 1/10 the price.
Good morning Cash ❤❤
Yes ❤!!!
Yes buy it! Your kids will love the windows and your wife will love the space!
This apartment is absolutely magnificent. That you can be close to street level with beautiful views on a quiet street in Manhattan is the epitome of perfection where luxury meets desire.
Wow buy now!❤
been there, that little park that he goes to is really nice, there's a nice pizza place there too.
Yes!
Once again, a fabulous tour of a fabulous space - well done, young Cashew😉
Yes, Cash, you should definitely buy this apartment, convert the 2nd bedroom for the girls, and by the time you and your wife retire, it will have doubled in value and you two can afford to retire to the lifestyle you would like to become accustom to!🤩
Maggie must be the nicest guide on the channel till date!
Morning all. Cash is back 2day!
Just wow!
Absolutely gorgeous apartment
Wow amazing flat 😊
Maggie is a god damn delight 😁
A Sub zero refrigerator with two freezers? That's more than enough to convince me to sign a lease.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Quality is worth the money!!
.
Before buying make sure what the energy rating is. There is a surcharge on building that aren’t energy efficient. Those big window will make it non efficient. The fines are going up and will be added onto your maintenance. I’m in a brick CoOp with an A rating-no surcharge. My friend in Queens has those big window and her surcharge is about 200 a month…..
Good to know that. Thanks.
Maggie wu … damn girl!!
I'm always sad when I don't see a Cash video, so today is a good day.
music was epic on this episode 😍
I love it!
Wow! Just wow
I live in Vancouver and meet people from all over North America who watch you!
It’s definitely a nice apartment but it’s still depressing to think that apartment is almost $2 million dollars. It must be nice to have money…😒
I believe that even high net-worth individuals will probably buy anything in the millions USD mark using bank loans for the so-called investment purposes. Idk much about the details or how that exactly works, tho, but the point is, they won’t spend that much money up front, probably only 10-25% of the price.
@@halfbee7886you have to have the down payment and closing and credit to afford that price, most couldn’t, so yes you’d have to have money to afford that.
Even from my 2 adult visits to NYC..I know the general fantastic area. My dream in Montana..lol..is 1800 square feet. However..1350 is where I am at and have had 1600 with 4 little bedroom possibilities and 3 is much better with the 1350 or 1600..this place can have a loft..and not an old old bdg which is great too. My 1350 too has a Hall which takes a LOT of the space...the way those closets and hall are..I see a zillion options for 2 little girls and sectioning off and not having to change the apt at all at first...the hall is much larger and the ceiling height is double mine i would guess at least..also can you say/see loft/second floor somewhere with that ceiling height..it is a way bigger 1320 I am matching to my 1350 let me tell you...those ceilings...and love the round table..so handy for extra's I went with an oval and that would work with extra people better if you cut off area there....I just say kids walk in and dump..if you could male the hall their bedroom for a bit...each has half and they play back and forth and just have little narrow beds they can be fine in cot width...one could be there and play with what you want...only problem..2 million...it is wonderful. Your rents are so high..if there is any way I would say 1000 percent yes..it is the NYC dream of space, location, security, new enough forever fabulous numerous "back yards", city shopping and culture from all areas,,,,it is heaven.
Very nice place! But that's alot of money for technically only 1 bedroom. You can buy a whole house in Brooklyn for way less. Then convert the dining room or something to more rooms, as well as the basement etc. You didn't mention the building maintenance monthly fee. Gotta be at least $2k a month forever even after you paid off the loan. Taxes another $1500. So after a $400,000 down payment your monthly payment is $15,200 a month. Can own a triplex in Astoria that generates an income instead of blowing all that money.
There was an apartment? I was just looking at Maggie. 😍
Same here 😀
Upper West Side is the BEST SIDE! Beautiful location….price (compared to elsewhere) is pretty good for Manhattan BUT I wonder what the monthly charges are for living in that building. ☹️
Buy it. Great apt, great hood.
One of my favorites! I went to this agent page. Your video is way cooler ❤ people, lets help make Cash rich!!
Cash would need a few more subscribers to be able to afford a 2 million dollar condo. He'd need to be making over 400k a year.
I like that place a lot, although I could never afford it. I don't know if I would build a wall but I would put a divider in the space and create an office/library area. I prefer older places with charm and older fixtures and trim, but for a modern place it's great because it isn't on the 65th floor or some other god forsaken floor that makes me queasy standing at the windows. I love that it's at a "human" level.
Yes on the 4th floor you can reach it in a blackout.
💜 if one deep soak tub is good well two is most certainly just good business.🌀
What a pretty place.
So many great memories from Central Park, hanging with my friends 50 years ago.
I hung out there 40+ years ago when visiting a friend; I fell in love with the area.
We was smokin in the boys room, 😇
Honestly Maggie is just as beautiful as that apartment 😍
That building with the smoke stack was the original power station for the IRT subway going up the west side… I think.
Beautiful
*it's giving Battery Park City vibez. a ✌City-Within-A-City✌. you are getting HUGE bang for your buck!!!* 💥💸🏢🗽
Amazing apartment and beautiful real estate agent
Maggie is so pretty 😍
That’s Waterline Park. I just discovered it this summer too (but I think it only opened last year.)
I guess the windows also will keep out some heat?
I don't like the sharp corners in the first bath (on the vanity, I think you call it), it's exactly the height of some children's heads.
But cosy apt in a bright way.
Inoticed that too. A change of countertop would be a good idea. Rounding those corners or putting on some kind of bumpers? Don't know if either is feasible.
yeah can't wait to move to NY
I love how you call a $2M condo "cheap" when most people in the US can't even afford a $300,000 home. Yes, I get it's "New York Cheap" but still...
Lol yeah I know a lot of people working minimum wage buying houses..@@FinanceNik98
I know right? Most people have to move to find that right priced home in North Carolina (or elsewhere) for $229,000.
I live in NY. How can you say that we can't afford a spot for 300k? We have a HOUSE in Brooklyn that's assessed at over 800k. We've had offers from 1.2 million
I just really feel that a lot of people talk about New York and they don't really live here. A lot of the talkers don't really know.
@@FinanceNik98😂😂😂
Pretend NY is a different country, and they use a different currency, nothing directly convents to other parts of the USA.
Also don’t forget most couples can skip owning 2 cars, which saves $2,000 a month.
