Always fun when Charles appears!!
The first two apartments - LOL. Just what I want, a dangerous gas meter in my living space and hot to the touch pipes. I wouldn't have expected in-unit or in building laundry for the first two places, but what about the last two? I would expect at least to have had building laundry in both of those buildings.
You and Charles are a double act - I like it!
Wow, that open walkway to the A/C is an accident waiting to happen! Those first 2 were pretty bad. I love the piles of trash down the stairs.
Happy New years to you and your family. Be safe and keep making me laugh and realizing how New york chop up alot of apartments.
The last two apartments were the nicest, for sure, but the rents on them were criminal considering neither have in-unit laundry.
You found the most interesting places in here!! I loved all of them! That’s right, even the weird nasty ones. The layouts and configurations were absolutely bonkers, and I LOVED IT!!!🥰💜💜
You and Charles have way too much fun! LOL No, I've never had a Real Estate Agent tell me they would fix/replace stuff if the landlord didn't. Course I don't rent anymore....but for 25+ years, I did.
Charles makes the videos better because of the natural chemistry you both have :)
Cash, I'm a little disappointed in you. Know that I'm one of your biggest fans and I've watched your videos from the very beginning; when you used to do only 3 videos a week. I miss seeing you run down the stairs at your previous office.
Anyhew, in the past, if you opened the apt door and the apt was in bad condition with debris everywhere, you would turn around and go to another apt. It wasn't sanitary for you to walk around that filth.
Having said that, I agree with you in saying the apt has potential.
Please give us a second tour of the apt once it's been cleaned up.
The third apt, Charles's listing for $4,450 is Absolutely Fabulous!
I miss those stair runs too😊
Cash, thank you for another video that makes me so glad that I live where I do!
Charles always has the best apartments! You two are a great team. Those apartments at the start of the video......yikes!
"...in its current state, no one is going to rent it...." It's NYC. The building could be on fire, and someone would still rent it!
Always love to see Charles in the vids. Sweet guy. Love the videos, Cash! Looking to move to the city in May.
Charles has the best apartments. But the price is a lot more.
That loft/duplex is awesome. I would love to live there. Hi Charles.👋🏽
Me "starts to panic"
Charles "shows up, all is well" ♥
That third apartment reminds me of the artist lofts in Pilsen. The ones off of Halsted, 18th, and 19th
The faux marble stickers on the cabinet doors in the kitchen looks horrible
It’s the only thing holding those cabinet doors together
😂😂
I watch these it amazes me with these prices 😮
$3k for that first apartment is a travesty.
