This approach is intended to preserve stability in the interaction with the floor-diffuser group and optimize the downforce generated by this solution.
A direct comparison with the Red Bull RB20 shows that the wing-tip is essentially curved as if it develops around a vertical axis. Previously, the older version had a more rounded connection to the main plane, with the curvature forming around a horizontal axis.
