- Ferrari is the closest team to Red Bull this season and with a good reason, as the Maranello side got their act together after the terrible 2022 season and are now not only the second best team by a decent margin, but they are getting closer and closer to Red Bull. This is because of a few important reasons and it’s only going to get better because Ferrari is preparing a massive upgrade for the Imola race. Could it be game-breaking and the thing that will push the Prancing Horse even further or will Red Bull keep their distance because they have upgrades of their own?

Well said, Ferrari is closing in on Red Bull. But then they're still behind Max.
Besting Checo is possible but not Max. I havent really seen Max push his car to limit yet. He basically control his pace. Plenty in the tank.
He was pushing hard in Japan. May not be the full limit, but the data of his tire degradation shows it was the highest it’s been all season. Ferrari upgrades are closing the gap

V8 with bio fuels and the feeder categories using a v4 or v6 hybrid engine with bio fuels. With less expensive technology aka no mgu-k etc they need to create a cheaper hybrid engine for feeder series. F1 should always the epitome
actually max leclerc battle is epic. if the cars would be similar i bet for leclerc.

Yes....but verstappen ran most of the race in clean air in front ,whereas thats not the case for ferrari...sainz ran in clean air in melbourne and he was quicker than leclerc there
If Sainz started 3rd he finished the race very close to Perez
It is still 0.300 / lap for Max , Perez has the same speed as Ferrari or 0.100 faster
Beat Red Bull is one thing. Beating Max is a different one. These upgrades won`t be enough. Red Bull will bring their own upgrades also.
