I’ve been a believer now for a little over 10 years and felt so encouraged by your video this morning. My Bible study times in the recent months have felt a little more “stale” and it’s so good to be reminded that God’s word is incredibly rich and wonderful. My prayer is that I wouldn’t treat it as ordinary or as a “boring task” to get done, but that I would really acknowledge what a miracle it is that I get to see God in His Word. Thank you for the encouragement 🤍

Hi, I just like to thank you for this Bible study. I've been asking God's help to redirect me to the path He has chosen for me, to lead me and give me knowledge. I was asking him to show me the things I lack, the things I ignored, the things that really matter such as humility, kindness, and steadfastness.
You also indicated that we never wanted to be called servants yet we're slaves to money, career, and other materialistic pursuits. And it's a punch in the gut honestly. 😂
You've also noted how important it was to really trust God, to not just lean on our own understanding but seek God's wisdom. When I face little inconveniences, I'm often in haste to make decisions, and most of the times, I'll just curse someone or ploy hatred to them. It made me realize that not once in my life have I asked God for patience and for His wisdom to overcome such troubles.
I thought I'm doing good, that I'm taking healthy steps to grow and become more mature, but I was wrong. I became my worst enemy.
So thank you, and I also thank God for showing this to me. For helping me. God bless you, Maya.

Omg yes! When I was a teenager I was questioning a lot of things myself but I truly felt that God is real. He’s shown mean many things and has guided me through tough times and I’ve had dreams of heaven (and it was beautiful) so it is always best to follow your heart ♥️
I love this video so much I try to read my Bible every single day but I do feel like sometimes I do it almost to check off the box and I’m not as mentally engaged as I should be. So this is a great encouragement and I love the video!
I completely understand and feel that at times! Something that helps me is to pray for focus and a distraction-free time before I read His Word

I found your channel while looking at trips to Tokyo, and then I found this video while looking through your channel. This has actually helped me to get closer to God and talk to Him about trying to get closer to Him after falling for the worldly things again. But I never would have expected to find this video while looking at trips to Tokyo. Just goes to show that God is in the little things. A Bible study tip that I like: read the passage in different translations. Comparing different translations can reveal further nuances. Also, if there is a key word translated differently in different translations, maybe look into that word and find out why.
