Hello study friend! Study with me for this 2 Hour Study With Me Pomodoro 25/5 Ambience Version with calm and relaxing nature sounds. Enjoy the sunny summer view. We will use the Pomodoro 25/5 technique with 4 sessions of 25 minutes and 5-minute breaks between each session. Session finished! Thoughts:
- For some reason I was very distracted today and didn't manage to do even half of what I had planned for the session (it took me the full two hours to do what I planned to do in the first 25 minutes).
- However, I was determined to keep working, and I didn't grab my phone at any moment.
- After all, I'm proud of myself for not giving up. I know I could have done better, but admitting my limits is also al act of self-love.
I just wanted to get this off my head. Have a nice day!!
