I've got a '94 KLX250R. So it's not just me then 😂 made the mistake of going to a dealer for a carb service to do the same, not long afterward it was doing the same thing (was also extremely rich pilot mixture). I'll take mine out and also look at the slide to see if that's sticking/taking too long to return, as while I've got it running fairly well and cleaner exhaust, after a hard run it still doesn't idle too happily.
it’s on the bottom side of the carb. you have to remove the tamper proof plug. adjusted mine to 2 3/4 turns out. installed a #128 main jet #40 slow jet, N1TC needle and drilled out starter jet to .020 inches and slide drilled out to 7/64 inch…runs perfect. starts perfect no matter how cold
Hating life i took off hoses as mine were rock solid cracked.silly me didnt remember how to route the hoses..Im halfway through your video im hoping you show me the way....HINT TIA also the horse shoe hose i know gos on the bottom plastic hose did this go to the tank with a filter in between or am i guessing..yes i have had a very good google search but diagrams are bizarre. This happened after i rejetted my carb with new ones,.

Thank you for showing the entire process!
This is a very good demonstration, Thank you. ( Yeah, I don't know what the deal is with these things, I'm constantly cleaning the main jet)

Appreciate the video. Not sure if I missed but Where’s the air/fuel screw located
It doesn’t have one, that’s what makes it a pain in the ass to start. It’s a weird carb
