I haven't made this pattern but your results make me want to! Lovely fabric and it moves so nicely. I have heard of people wearing thin biker shorts under wrap skirts to prevent wardrobe malfunctions 😄 and I think there are even slip shorts available online. So true about buttonholes being a source of worry to beginning sewists - and to those of us who have been sewing for a while, too!
