    Thanks for posting these lower cost options most video focus on the up market stuff. Some of these older building have much better rates. Lots of competition

      A new video will be on my channel in the next couple of days about 4 condominiums, which have rooms under 300 USD. I like to show cheaper options because I am living on a low budget in Pattaya 😁.

    Awesome video with so may huge apartment complexes! Really appreciate this video and the map tour! Keep up the great work! The older building have larger rooms than the smaller ones! Amazing information. All I need is a gym, pool and fast internet router and I will be ready!!

    Great vlog, Tony.
    Just 2 drawbacks for me as a walker, the distance to the beach is too far (2nd road would be my limit) and lenght of agreement (1year) is too much as I prefer 3 to 4 months.
    But for a retireree with their own transport excellent.

      I understand, and I will make another video for the people who would like to stay for a couple of months, and I consider all options will be within walking distance.

      Same here. I'm not buying a bike, which is the whole reason I'm moving to Jomtien. Has to be less than a three minute walk to the beach and less than 15 to the night market. I want to live near the Jomtien Thani

    The Park Lane, Paradise Park and Amazon Residence were all built by the Iguana Group. The Orient Resort & Spa was built by a joint venture with the Iguana Group.

    Tony,I have stayed in a guest house on Soi wat boom, between Beach and second rd. Maggie guest house, can you do a price for that Soi. It’s better for the walkers among us !.

      Where is that soi wqt Boom ? Is that LK Metro? Which Boom Bar is there. I found Maggie May Guesthouse but it is in Soi Chayapoon (Soi Pothole-Soi 25) between Soi Buakhao and Pattaya third road. If you will tell me where is it I will try my best in next hotel&condo video.

      I am checking all available Web sites and sometime get the prices directly from their management. This condo video and there are a couple of real estate companies, and I am getting condo prices from their websites, which I share their links in the video by QR Codes. Prices are increased in December because this is the peak days of the high season.

    Paradise Park, etc. are too far to walk to the beach, but if you walk up to Soi Bun Kanchana, you can catch a baht bus straight to the beach yeah? Does the BB run all day there?

      All these condos are 1200-1500 mt away from the jomtien Beach. 8-9 min walk. I lived in Majestic around 5 years and distance was never a problem. Bahtbus is on Jomtien Beach Road. If you can get Thai Driving license you will do better to have a motorbike so everywhere is close to central Pattaya.

    Nice Video, thank you. Would be nice to see some "middle-class" Condos near 2nd Road. There are much under 400 USD and then you have a good walking distance to the Beach and all Jomtien-Bars & Restaurants. This Condos in this Video are way too far from everything

      There are many companies giving cars for rent, but honestly, I never rent a car. I prefer a motorbike in Pattaya 😁. I may make a video about these companies in Pattaya. I will do research and try to make a video.

    if i buy a condo?do i have to be a permanent resident living there,govt liabilities tax condo fee etc.

      You don't need to stay permanently when buying a condo. But you have to pay the yearly maintenance fee for the condo. If you get rent income from that condo and if that amount is more than the exemption amount, you have to pay tax as I know.

    Wow 😯 I went to the website for the Orient and they are now selling at 74k / sq m. Why such a big jump in price. Is it cheaper to buy through a real estate agent?

      Minimum contract for 1 month but all these prices for 1 year contract monthly prices. If you ask the owner or the real estate company, you will get it for 1 month, but the price might be higher %10-%20. Ot may be the same for yearly contract price.

      Real estate agencies are making these videos. I am not doing their job. My video shows the condominiums and their location. You can see the rooms from their websites but you can't see around the condominium and the road which you have to use for going to the condo. If anyone interested in these condominiums, they can contact these real estate companies. Idea was mine , more than 11000 people watched this video, and only you didn't like it 😁. Anyway, thank you for watching and sharing your opinion 👍.

      You are free to hit on dislike, and you also share your opinions freely here what else you want. You can stop watching after the first condo. I see some videos are showing inside the rooms, and they are just doing it for the new condominiums and I guess it depends on some promotion business . I do not agree that my video is a time loss for you. You saw the roads of these condos and shops around. This is also some useful information .

      I can, but I am not a real estate agent, and I am giving the websites of these condos . You can see many photos from their websites. My personal advice is to choose the condo according to its location , which shops are around the condo and according to your budget also that's what i am showing. After that, when come to pattaya, check the room options by yourself, then decide.

      These are actual views of the pool area and inside the condominiums, but i prefer not to show the rooms because room prices are changing according to size and furniture. If anyone like the condominium better to go and check the rooms by themselves.

    Majestic everything looks poor :) been so many times for looking a cheap buying,when i saw the place,it looks they clean it once in the 3yrs. A plus is the market opposite the street. In this Yt Angket is the nr 1..In my original country you can rent a very small shed for B10000 (monthly)

    All the condos you show ...are mostly if not all for 1 year rentals...I dont know anyone who can vacation for 12 months not possible for most persons...a 1 month to 3 month would be more helpful to your subscribers

      Yes, all these prices are for 1 year contract. if you ask personally to the landlords there are different prices for 6 months or 3 months contract even for 1 month contract may be available. But short contract means %10-30 higher prices than yearly contract. I can't show all these prices because these short contract periods and prices are changing according to the owners of these condos.
