Sophia's is absolutely 💯 delicious. She even has a healthy choice plate that is served without pasta and bread for those who are cutting down on your carbs. Try it!!! Oh, her salads and house dressing is to live for... yummy on your palate. Great customer service too. The cook even came out to be sure that I was getting my extra shrimp on my salad or entree. My wife is very picky and Sophia has plenty to choose from... ❤

So the fire truck is a Rosenbauer RTX electric fire truck- it’s touring the country- they are based out of South Dakota and Minnesota- Rosenbauer built an electric truck for LA City California-

From a retired electrician: Think having any fire fighting equipment be 100% electric is a big mistake. If a truck was pumping water out for 4 to 6 hours on a typical high rise fire what are they going to do when batteries die? California keeps shooting themselves in the foot. First they closed the last nuclear plant that produced 12% of states power then outlawing gasoline generators,gasoline lean mowers & weed hackers and in 9 years no natural gas allowed for new homes then 15 years later every house must not usr natural gad. Of course Ultility companies will never have a single generating power plant finished or updated lines.

Any updates on the Holiday Inn renovations to the huge pool area and beach area at the 6600 location ?? Stayed there last year and would really enjoy hearing / seeing the latest. I’ll be down with my sister for a few days the 1st week in April - she’s a teacher and she’ll be on her spring break - so if you know anything good for that week would also love to hear !!! Hey Jay, have you heard anything about what's going on with the old Backshore Brewing Co? Someone told me last summer that Hammerheads bought it and they were going to put in a stage and another bar. Great video!
I haven't seen anything on it...the sign was taken down. I heard the same thing about Hammerheads buying it, we plan to do a boardwalk update soon so I'll check it out.

Yeah, I saw they posted, I shared it on my facebook page but didn't do the update on it yet. We plan to do a spring boardwalk update to see the changes or who closed/opened.
Kinsley Properties is who is developing the Plaza. They are a division of Kinsley Enterprises who is also above Kinsley Construction. Tim Kinsley is one of the brothers that passed, and he was leading the development team. Tim's right-hand man has taken over for Tim. There are three brothers left and the project is moving forward. A few years is a good estimate for completion from what I hear.
The American Legion is supposed to be putting a big patio and roof top bar in, I know they started remodeling the bar area. Hoping to see it this year.
Kinsley Construction in Pa. is what Whiting Turner is/was to Martyland. Be interesting to see who owns more local politicians. Harrison Group or Kinsley? Talk about an in town monopoly!

@@ReelJayB I wish I knew exactly why my guess was the bad ratings they were getting and personally they had wierd hours when I would go there for the KFC it would be closed and only Taco Bell would be open so those are my two guesses why
Your videos would sure be a lot better if you would consistently mention the cross street you're at... You just said "our first update at Sanibel sees" no idea what road that is.. just know that it's somewhere up on the North end. Anyway just some constructive criticism. Keep up the good work.

I saw that!! The plans called for a small outside bar and they put in a full blown tiki bar. I went by the other day, it's been removed.

They just poured it not long ago, it's still all dirt surrounding it. I'm hoping they finish it soon so I can film it.
