Another great update video - I’ll be down with my sis for her spring break just before Easter - coming down the 27th - 30th. Just a couple days - get away - walk on the beach - eat some seafood and relax !! Can’t wait for the warmer weather to return !!

Great updates Jay. Excited to hear that Ledo's is back on the west side haven't been to one since they moved from the marlin mall years ago. That used to be the Saturday routine, first to church then to Ledo for pizza and then Green Turtle for a few night caps then back to mystic Harbour, which was great in summer did not have to go over the bridge to the crowd. Thanks for taking us along see Ya next video.

I'm coming up for St Patrick's Day weekend. Went to the parade last year for the first time, and I found it enjoyable. It's also nice to walk around and hit up a few bars without the summer crowd. Love the update videos, feel like I stay in the loop all the way out in the West Virginia panhandle.
The offseason is fun....especially when you hit those times when the summer crowds aren't here and everything is still open! Did you guys have a mild winter too?
@@ReelJayB Yes. We had one good snowstorm. A dusting several other times. And one really cold week. Other than that it's been mild.
Can’t wait to get in town for St. Patrick’s weekend! Was surprised that Fish Tales was not opening for that weekend. Was very happy thought to see that MR Ducks was going to be open!!! Now have to pray that the weather will be decent 😅.
Now the weather....ummmm.....thats a different story. Remember how bad it was the last few years?! But it's been a very mild winter so I think it's going to be a warm weekend!
Wish some one like Jimmy's would buy the old Phillips place and open place in OC i think they would do well down there

I just saw Roses is closing. I can't believe it. It was quirky, cheap, and a place you could find anything whether you were a tourist or a local. Sad to hear.

Hey Jay, you might have mentioned it in a previous video, but I found out a little small change. The Atlantic Oceanfront Inn on 45th st is now called the Sea Loft Oceanfront hotel.
Oh wow! I had no clue, thanks for letting me know. Was the Atlantic the one that was for sale?

I haven't heard anything on Margaritaville. Last I knew they were downsizing plans, but that was a while ago.
We hit up lazy lizard last summer based on your recommendation. It was great until a storm came in from the bay and we got flooded in for a while lol

@@ReelJayB we did. Going to be at the end of June this summer and we can’t wait. Going to help my son catch his first ocean fish this time. Last year all we caught was a crab from the pier

Jay, I don’t believe they dropped the ball, instead what happened is the Italian Air Force “Frecce Tricolori” jets are going to be there. It’s a special 30th anniversary trip to America and that was the time they were available. It’s my understanding that the Blue Angels will be here next year, back on the June date.
I hope it goes back to the June date because doing in during jeep week is aweful. Those are 2 big events going on at the same time. Oh well. Either way, curious to see how it turns out.

Yup! We'll be back at it doing some pizza reviews, just waiting on places to open.
Mother's was open for about a year or so in that location. We actually liked that location better, more room and it was really nice inside.

Yeah, never busy at all. I heard from a lot of people they had horrible customer service too.

I have no clue. The farmer who lived at the house behind there owned the land, but he passed away. He was an awesome guy...I talked to him a lot! They must have sold the land to build something. Haven't heard what they are building.

Need your help going back about 30 years. I remember a family restaurant in OC near the beach. I want to recall as The White House. Waitresses all wore long white uniforms. The inside was all white with windows all around. Great food family spot… any recollection anyone?

Little House of Pancackes- $4million??? Better check your facts or get better sources.
The first time I checked it was $4M, same with the others listed on Coastal Highway. Just checked and its now $325,000, but another says $350,000. And the listing changed to "business only" so they aren't selling the property. Not sure why they changed....I guess that's why they are having a hard time selling??
Are they adding any turf fields at the 4th st Park or is it strictly a skate park ?
Walking trails, basketball court, skate park, benches. They took the field out to replace it with everything else.
