It's expensive, as is everything here in Washington, and it's only available in the Pacific Northwest. One location only, in Auburn, Washington.

This is a custom built stick built home, built off site, not a Manufactured home. Our precision build has an impressive build time of 90 day to be ready to be shipped. Our homes are 97% complete when they ship and set in one day Our finish work usually takes about 3 weeks to finish on site.

This is a home not a mobile home right?
It's a modular home so no it's not a mobile home it is a manufactured home that is delivered to the land you would like it to sit on and yes is very similar to a traditional stick-built house

Most 'manufactured homes', i.e. 'mobile homes' run the $50-$80 per square foot range. Modular homes tend to run in the $80-100 per square foot. From Timberland's FAQ page.
Our well appointed traditional style homes range between $150-$200 per square foot with quality standard finishes. Our small ADU homes and contemporary style homes are higher. See your Timberland representative for more details.
This home has been sitting on their site for at least four years now, as of 2019. You can probably get it for the $150 per square foot price, if not a bit less.
So, probably between $350-400K. Considering pricing in this area for site built homes, it's really not that bad.
Unfortunately, Timberland only has about a three out of five star customer rating, so nice looking homes, too much money and customer service isn't that great.

Not a big fan on the tile countertops in the bathrooms. If rather have a less expensive solid Rock/quartz/whatever countertop

You mention in a reply “it’s expensive” why are you hesitant on saying the price. Also you mention it’s not available in Pacific Northwest, that’s a shame your losing a lot of business throughout the US. If you can’t build your product for everyone in every location then why are you in business. Just asking.

I said it was expensive, but since I don't work for Timberland Homes, I'm not privy to the pricing on that particular model. As to only being manufactured in the Pacific Northwest, that's not unusual for a manufacturer like this. Many manufactured home and modular home builders are regional because of the issues of having to travel long distances. Sort of like other builders, I don't expect to find Toll Brothers in Seattle, although I will find them in the Philadelphia area.
Look up any manufactured housing builder, and only a few, like Champion, are nationwide, and they have multiple facilities. Most others are only in a few states in a region.
