Since I just found your channel, I, watching these out of order, but I think this is my favorite. Loved that one pool that you could change to a splash pad from a 12ft deep pool. But this, minus like you said the smaller primary bedroom was just classy.

the table in the kitchen is the size of hogwarts dining hall. The place looks spotless. The color is perfect. It looks big, but also looks like it would feel like a home.

Amazing home, just needs to be on some land and have privacy. I don't think I'd want so many folks walking through my home either, lol , but that's me.
The problem with most people is that they think a home is an asset. WRONG. We all need a home to live in, but they cost money to both live in and to maintain. The average person spends their entire life paying multiples more that their home will ever be worth. Assets make you money. Use that income to buy your home.
Master bathtub needs tub for two, 10,000 and know sauna ... When can I buy this exact house with sauna fits 6, spa tub for two.. For 5,000,000 I wanmore land around house..
Why would any home over a million not have a pot filler at the cooking area. I have seen home in the 7-8 hundred thousand dollars range with an pot filler, but I have seen even more model home over a million dollar without them. I would think having a pot filler is a needed accessory for any luxury home especially at this price point of the luxury homes having a pot filler is like pay a dollar for it. I’m sure you have seen this before. I think have one helps sales the home.
Thanks for sharing. As for this house I think the kitchen is perfect the way it is. Take a look at the slab for the backsplash…I’m sure you did not notice the wall outlets on the backsplash because it was perfectly integrated to blend in seamlessly. I think a pot filler may have distracted from the seamless and simple kitchen design of the house.
I can’t believe a kitchen that large only has 1 sink and no sink in the butler pantry.Also 2 things I do not like is the area over the stove, which is the same over the fireplace in the living room and the pendant lights. I hate lights that have the wire through chain. It’s messy looking to me.
beautiful home but it strikes me as odd that such a massive property is built on such a cookie cutter lot with only single low walls separating you from your neighbor. house is huge but it’s going to run right up against the house built right next to it.
Interesting to see such a large home packed into that small lot subdivision. Have to say the window feature in the front middle is very unattractive and ruins the overall aesthetic.
Kitchen is WAY too large, you would tire yourself out walking from appliances to sink and counters - waste of wall cabinets at 10’ high. Cleaning it would take hours.

Even though it was not incredibly large, the class and prestige makes it "Mega" in my opinion... Lol. What man designed this house?? The master bedroom is laughable at best. 1) No sitting area. 2) No fireplace 3) Cannot go outside 4) It should be 25 X 25 with a separate sitting area 5) No wet bar 6) No bathub in the master 7) No jets in the shower 8) You can go outside from the bathroom from but not from the master?? 9) 2 upper cabinets in the kitchen?? Although the cabinets are tall, who is going to reach the top cabinets? 10) Nothing says, "I don't cook" like a lack of kitchen cabinets. 11) Every secondary bedroom should have a separate tub and shower. 11) The Theater is laughable. You have a bar area with no sink, for this type of money I need a full kitchen in the theater room. I hope you sell the house and make that commission, but for $5M I expect to see perfection.

Price aside, Mega Mansions have commonly received this name for homes with a minimum of 20,000 SQFT, about double this size. Enes Yilmazer uses this term often, but not for click bate. The homes he titles normally are 30,000 SQFT or greater.

Of course the property size and price matters but I also pay close attention to the property's stature and presence. This house just felt "Mega" seeing it in-person even though it was $5m only because it's in Southern Utah. In Colorado (where I'm from) the "Mega Mansions" in ski-towns can start at around 8,000 SQFT. Furthermore, Enes Yilmazer just toured a home in Edwards, CO that was 10,000 SQFT and he indeed titled it a "Mega Mansion". So like I said, it's pretty subjective and I don't believe my title was a click bait though you are entitled to your opinion. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
