@@scottdsteele Well deserved. Home tours are my escape and my passion. Some houses literally bring tears to my eyes. (Crazy, I know). If the tour guide can make me feel like I walked through the house myself, then you have done your job. Thank you so much and I hope you prosper in all your endeavors. The design and layout of the home, as well as the many different finishes combined together is what I love about this home. And the windows!! I ❤️ windows!!!
I totally understand. When I filmed this, I had captured that footage but was very new still at using a camera and didn't realize that my SD card had filled up so I lost that part of the video. Hopefully that never happens to me again!
So it's not... but it feels like it because they've dug it out extensively and created concrete retaining walls in lieu of using window wells so it feels and looks so much better.
Garage is shown! The most important area and is omitted almost always … This is an awesome 4 car garage configuration … intelligent design; all the features without the doors (exterior view) taken over the elevation. Is there any attic space? Beautiful home, by the way ☺️
You sound like you know a lot more about this video stuff than me, thanks so much for the tip! I'm very open to your suggestions, and thank you! I shot this @ 30 FPS, should I do 60? Also, I might have to try a different lens? I'm using a Sigma 16 mm f/1.4 and while it's good for me because I'm doing this alone and it's wide angle helps in that regard, it might blur too much too often. These last 2-3 months is my first go at using cameras or anything and it's been really fun learning but I know that I have so so much more to learn.
I've got to say, that temp. gauge on the kitchen range was pretty cool, but my favorite part of this home was the kitchen & the backyard. What's yours?
@@scottdsteele You're welcome, viewing from the 🇬🇧. I came across your channel approximately a couple weeks ago and instantly subscribed; looking forward to the next one! 😎
Jason, that means so much to me... I'm just getting started and I'm absolutely loving creating content for the first time in my life so please don't hesitate to give me constructive feedback, because I love it!
Hi Kevin! First off, thank you so much for watching! To answer your question, we do have some bugs in some places but it's very minimal especially compared to most other areas around the country. The main factor is that we are a high altitude arid dry climate, in fact we're the 2nd driest and lowest humidity climates in the country.
I had that exact same thought as well... and the reason that this has passed building codes is because it is tiered and a railing or guard is not required for anything under 2.5' (30"). So, it drops off to the first level and then the second level with neither of those being more than a 30" drop. I still think that, despite this being within building code requirements, many people would still want additional safety measures.
David, I totally agree! I have a 6 year old and a 7 year old myself so your statement absolutely rings true to me as well. I think that in future videos, I need to actively give more of my thoughts and expertise on the features of the homes (both positive & negative). Is that something that you would like more of?
oh mu god i don't even understand how can you make such a simple home look so complicated. Is it really that hard to just walk through the home from start to finish not skipping any doors or walkways?
I apologize for whatever I've done wrong but I'm genuinely doing my absolute best and if I do what you've suggested, I would not get views because it doesn't keep people's attention and I'd get a bunch of comments saying to cut all of that out.
@@scottdsteele I'm so sorry if I sounded so harsh… After your reply I feel bad now :( Can you maybe add some kind of floor plan of the house to your videos so it won't get as confusing?
On your video edit, I would recommend that you give a breakdown in text at the start of the locations, price, square footage, bedrooms, baths, garages, etc.. followed by shots of the floor plan. This helps orient the viewer in the space... maybe mention a link in the comments for more information and links to the builders and designers@@scottdsteele

Did I miss the office and primary?
You didn't! I didn't realize at the time of filming, but my battery had died without realizing it.
I love the close up on the floors and trim!!!!
Thanks for that feedback Ryan! I'm thinking that I need to do more of that
Perfect Tour! Thank you.
Thank you so much!

Scott, This Home Is Immaculate! I really enjoyed the tour view and Your narration. Thanks for sharing. MC
Ahh... thanks MC!
Já assisti vários vídeos, esse foi o melhor de todos... para bens aos envolvidos no projeto... amei, casa do meu sonho!!!
Muito Obrigado!
very great presentation, very great viseo quality but the scary music.
Great tour but just wondering why you didn’t show the master bedroom everything else was in such good detail

Thank you for the tour BEAUTIFUL HOUSE!!INSIDE AND OUT👍
Thank you Patricia! I'm having fun doing these!
Nice home. Is that a day light basement on the back side of the house ?

Thanks! The attic isn't built in a way to provide any additional living space or storage, just access.
what is this design called so I can go look at the master bedroom?
I totally messed up and lost my footage from the master bedroom & bathroom and the home has since sold! I'm sorry!
Did I miss the Owners Suite?
No, I Did! My footage of that space didn't make it.
Great work. Just a suggestion. Choose a higher frame rate so that your movements around the house aren't jittery.

Question, I watch all your video's which are awesome but i noticed none of these properties outdoor space is ever screened in, are there bugs in Utah?

@@scottdsteele thanks Scott that makes so much sense and wow didn't know driest and lowest. Keep up the awesome vids
Different to say the lease as far as location but the home is absolutely beautiful Mrs Tysons corner va ♥
Lets call out the Elephant in the room, the encasement around the downstairs window...that's a MAJOR safety issue!!!

@@scottdsteele passing building codes or not, as a parent with small children this home would be a non-starter along with one major eye sore.

Agreed!
That looks like an $800,000 house price for outside of St.Louis city.
It's crazy how expensive homes have gotten here in Utah and you can get so much more for the money further East for sure!

Thanks Vence!
