My fav way to have em. If I don't have smoked meat, I use bacon or smoked sausage. And if there are no ice potatoes, I use red potatoes and some chunky onion slices. Wooo chile! Even a lil butter or bacon grease for flavor..
I made these and let me tell youuuu They are everything she said it would be. I made some homemade corn bread to go with it. OMG honti!! THIS reminded me of a neighbor name miss Bettie sitting on her front porch with her plate in her hands sopping it up with corn bread using her hands to eat with. I know she can relate to Old ladies sopping it up with their fingers.lol

Quick tip: if you have an instant pot you can pressure cook the turkey necks/neck bones in half the time. The meat will fall off the bone.
