Me too. But I gotta get my masters first and I’m headed to Cali for that so I’ll be comparing California and Florida. Florida’s so much more affordable though. And California can get a lil chilly in the winter (for me, at least) so I’m leaning towards Florida

I like the board 'Rules for dating my daughter' in the background. This is nice. Might be used as a gimmick for marketing purposes to promote an honorable image, but anyways I like such things to be on display. Put males on the spot, make them know they gotta come correct. I would like for all parents with daughters, especially fathers, to incorporate such practice. Much respect.

I lived in Tampa in the early 90's.Born and raised in Jacksonville but as I looked back and gotten older I probably should have never left Tampa Smh.I kinda regret it

Do you feel it's safe? Also, how is the traffic and/or congestion? I think Dunedin is supposed to be the best of both worlds?
Its just like any major city. If you want to find rough areas you can but overall i enjoy the city and the places i go i typically feel a level of safety with my family. Dunedin is a nice town. Watch my video coming out tomorrow as i interview people on the street ad safety is one topic

@@TampaFloridaLiving I read it in an article but it didn't compare against other cities. But I have been to California and there are many and most of them have mental issues. To me that is something I am trying to avoid.

I dont unfortunately. 2 very different cities though. Miami is much busier than Tampa and more expensive. Thats the quick version. Both have a very different vibe to then

Tampa is less third world than Miami is. Everything in Miami is ran like a circus.
