After watching this video I truly understand how I am the author (creator) of my own life. Before, I was always confused and stuck in "I don't know how to just change my thoughts, my feelings, I don't know how to feel better." But I get it now, I know I'm in power to decide what my beliefs are about my self and it starts there. Thank you so much, Tim!

I found my happiness back in 2016 by watching motivational videos every morning. I've always tried to help others do the same (find happiness), but no one ever seems to want to. That being said, I have tried to explain to people that, "once you find happiness, all things that happen to you in your life will still affects you, but you respond to it differently" and I've never been able to put it into words. This video perfectly explains that feeling in a much more detailed manner than I could have ever come up with, so thank you for making such a clear understanding of the thoughts I wasn't able to put into words.

Believe that you are able...that you have all the tools to begin the journey of re-creating your life... your reality. Moment by moment learn to recognize those negative thoughts and grab them...take them captive...then throw them away and replace those thoughts that are trying to bring you down with thoughts that lift you up...the more you practice recognizing the negative, casting it away and replacing thoughts with positivity the better you will begin to feel and the easier it becomes. ❣️

All true. As physiologist Albert Ellis said "you can't have an emotion without a thought". Much of the time the thoughts (especially the negative ones) are subconscious. You're not even aware of what you're telling yourself. Now THAT'S a a big problem!

I have learned that it’s never to late to give up negative habits and to change the negative belief. It’s requires me to be mindful and compassionate with myself and to become positive for the moment.

    • @lacie623
      @lacie623 2 ปีที่แล้ว

Yes, moment by moment and each moment will get easier.
I feel like this a lot and I believe my boyfriend does too.
I know where it’s coming from, and I’ve tried to tell my boyfriend my thoughts on it, but I guess he simply cannot believe me.
He thinks I am the source of his pain. He thinks I’ve betrayed him.
He thinks I am the enemy…
But I am not the enemy here.
I was not doing all the things he thought I was doing.
I am really sorry that the behavior I displayed and the way I acted made you feel like you don’t matter and I don’t care…..I’m sorry that I gave you the impression that I didn’t care about your feelings or that I thought you were nasty. Believe me, I am so sorry you felt like that! I didn’t know why you were feeling that way….not until we got into an argument about something and it comes out during an argument.
I was surprised that you felt that way because in my mind and from my perspective, we got along great and had no issues except for your issues with my behavior on social media. And every time you told me about a behavior that upset you, I actively tried to make adjustments to prevent any future problems….
But I do care. I was very much in love with you and absolutely hated answering questions about my past. I felt like my past should not be an issue. That’s behind me and has no bearing on my relationship with you.
I knew that I had told you private things that I had not told anyone else about. And I felt so good being with you. My God, you made me feel like I was the most beautiful woman in the world in your eyes. 🥰💕 What an amazing
      But I haven’t, and I wouldn’t.
I told him that too. I’ve made that mistake before. I was not going to make the mistake again. I wanted to do it right this time.
I thought I had dealt with my outstanding issues, but it turns out that I have PTSD, but I didn’t know it until ……😊
      - I saw a red flag for possible trust issues before he and I made a commitment to each other, but I thought that would pass with time….
Well, it did not…. but how could it? Apparently I triggered his betrayal trauma wound when he received some kind of notification about my past on Facebook….

    1) Change the meaning you are giving
Thoughts=BELIEFS!!!/Feeling/Actions/Generate the results you are getting RIGHT NOW
2 people have different BELIEFS about the same event(divorce) WHY??
BECAUSE EVENTS ARE NUETRAL UNTIL WE GIVE IT MEANING.....*BY OUR BELIEFS****
DO WE BELIEVE DIVORCE IS BAD?
DO YOU HAVE THE BELIEF THAT YOU MUST GRIEVE FOREVER TO SHOW LOVE FOR A LOSS??
    2) STOP BEING A VICTIM/REACTIVE
    BE CREATIVE
3)Give up the addiction to thinking toxic/ negative thoughts...fire and wire the same neurons in the brain
Its how Ive always done it
Its hard at first....FIRE AND WIRE NEW NEURONS
KEEP DOING IT EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!

Break the negative program record that plays all day long that determines ur feelings & fears. Experiment, explore, play with this - what do u have to lose but the negative leash that keeps u trapped & away from ur dreams & the life u want so much! Im committed to doing this for the next 30 days - i will do a count down every day! It is a simple step - the resistance is an illusion that feels hard & brings discomfort but what bliss, freedom & transformation is waiting to embrace u just on the other side and u can see it, hear it. Its right there! This is the one decision to finally change ur whole life! Be creative & paint ur picture daily or paint by numbers to finally be free! Follow the blue print! Thank u for the key to finally free my life after all these years. The way u explained this helped my finally get it!

I wasn't looking for a "marrriage solution' from Tim Han or Success Insider (well, actually, maybe indeed I was!) , but I felt the need to watch a video today because I've been having a lot of emotional turmoil in my life lately, particularly in my marriage but also in my work and I wanted to do somethign positive to set my day and my mind straight.
    This video chose me.
My first biggest takeaway was "Nothing on the outside can make me feel on the inside unless I let it". Yesterday was a particularly stressful day for me and I remember thinking "I need space--I can't breathe". I had a book on my bookshelf on How to Attract Love and I started reading it. Just like today's video, that book chose me. It needed to be read. I didn't care about finishing my work, I didn't care about anything except taking that time and space to beathe and to think about my beliefs and feelings about love. It took me to some very uncomfortable realisations, all pointing back to ME.
I had learned about the human cycles of behaviour from Tim in a previous training session, and today it was super helpful to hear about them them again. I took a long hard look at the negative feelings and the negative thoughts and the roots in my B.S. that are underpinning my life--or should I say, wobbling and collapsing whenever they see fit--and I realised that I was being PASSIVE in my thoughts and actions towards my husband whilst blaming him for my unhappiness and my life. This was HUGE.
My second takeaway was the idea of giving up my addiction to feeling bad about my marriage and ultimately my life. I CHOSE to get married--I CHOSE to come here to a new country---everything around me is because I CHOSE it. This is something that has been told to me time and time again by numerous coaches and self-help books but I have never fully understood the meaning until this day. I now have new tools to go back and look at my beliefs about marriage and I'm going to try to work through the thoughts and feelings I've been having which I have charged with so much negativty, doubt, self-loathng and fear. It might be a messy process but I am feeling very calm about it today, and I can actually BREATHE again so I am feeling very hopeful I will have a breakthrough soon, if not already.
It is often said "when the student is ready, the teacher appears" and I feel very blessed to have discovered Tim Han and his videos and training because this time around, things are really starting to make sense. I literally "stumbled across" Tim and Success Insider about a month ago. I don't believe in coincidences anymore. This stuff WORKS. Thank you Tim and thank you Success Insider.

Basic takeaway from this video is to break through negative patterns. The analogy of enlightenment seen as a prisoner sawing through the bars of his cell little by little feeling that he will never escape....then one day the bars give way and he is free...it took a long time and cost effort but in the end it payed off. I think that I have deeply engrained subconscious blocks which control my life.

I can attest that this is true. 10 years ago I was stuck in a cycle of constant very damaging self thoughts. They were happening more and more frequently. One day I made a decision to try something. For every negative thought that came into my mind, I took moment to stop and echoed back two positive thoughts about myself - even if they were "made up" on the spot..
This became a habit. I made it a habit. After a fairly short while, I began to notice a difference in my thoughts. Not only was I getting negative thoughts in my mind, but I was also beginning to hear positive thoughts. I kept it up, and the more I did, the less frequently the negative thoughts came. This sounds impossible. Perhaps even a bit mad, but I can tell you this works if you can catch those negative thoughts. Our mind is like an echo chamber. Thoughts seem to come out of nowhere. But the more positive stuff I echoed back the more positive stuff would "pop up" out of nowhere. Encouraging self thoughts, no matter what the situation. I'm not saying life is perfect now. But for anyone reading this I can tell you with hand on heart, it's a LOT better than it was. This process - this single habit, literally changed my life in so many ways. It changed the way I perceive myself on this planet. It change the way that I imagine other people perceive me. It changed the way I react to situations. I'm so happy I found this video. I hope you have a chance to try what I did.

Ok I just watched my first video of Change the Negativity, (I think?) let's see how I did with paying attention, and remembering...
So you the three key element of overcoming your negative thoughts and reality, are____.
    1. you have to change the meaning behind what type give to these bad thoughts, and notions.
    2. er'rrr.... We'll come back to this answer.
    3. You have to project. the emotions, and environment, you want your reality to be, and do it day after day until it becomes habit, and your reality.
    amd_________
    2. You have to create. sand not let life just happen.
I think i got them, I don't know, I'll have to go back check, but regardless I'm excited about this program have you be here!

What I think I've got to do is recognise that's where the negative actions and thoughts come from is the negative beliefs. Sending love and wisdom Rhonda

Because I don't generally think specific negative or positive thoughts it worked for me to write down the feeling/vibe and write a thought process that would naturally go with it to help pull apart and analyze what I was actually thinking and what positive I could turn it into.

Thanks, Tim. The example you gave about behaviour patterns creating grooves and deepening as we go along was really powerfull and resonated with me. A really interesting example. I needed the jolt! Thanks.
