Sometimes, the most courageous thing you can do is walk away from a person, place, or thing that no longer gives you life and meaning. Yes, it is a risk, and to the world, it may seem foolish or even reckless. However, you desired a different version of yourself. You could have continued to "exist" in the unlived life of that old job, but you stepped out into the "unknown" because your mind and body wanted more and sought growth. You intuitively knew that life had more in store for you! That mighty "Force" within you ignited your direction!

It's just that survival mind trying to trick you into protecting yourself from something that's highly unlikely real. Half our 1000s of thoughts are illusions. Find meditation videos on here hopefully there might be ones related to your issues and practice them daily. I don't have the answers and as someone with my own fears I'm just practicing regular meditation breathing everyday. Seems to bring calm and hoping the more I listen the long term positive effects they'll have on me.
