You can tell they've released a Special edition Ducati Diavel based on the Lamborghini Sian, and the Volkswagen XL sport concept using the Ducati Superleggera 1199 V2 engine.

Ducati's SP models always used to be available in yellow, like the 748/9 SP's for instance. They always looked good. I'd like to see the Senna schemes make a comeback, they always looked classy.
Ahh it hurts to watch this. Super miss this beast of a bike. The color is "Ducati Giallo" a factory color. and Wow! Those camera car shots were gorgeous. Glad you liked it and were able to keep it from wheelieing because I never could. The front tire has about 3/4 the mileage as the rear.
Ducati really should bring the yellow back on their sports bikes as a special order option. I remember the 996 and then 998 coming out and my local dealer having yellow ones. Always used to draw more interest than the red bikes in the showroom.

But the same triple digit speeds on an R1 or a Daytona or even an Aprilia for that matter feels like - huh? What? Was I above 200kph? Oh, nvm, come get me a bail. And that's not a criticism tbh, you need a lion roaring scare inducing bikes in this world. It's for that feeling that us maniacs save our money
