    Am having raw greens in a blender with a stock cube daily is that a good way ?

      Hello Robert! Thank you for watching and asking! In my opinion, I would not add a stock cube to a smoothie. If you read the ingredients list, they are packed with unnatural ingredients (including MSG), which are detrimental to the health. Green smoothies are fabulous to include in the diet, but flavoring them with a stock cube would detract from the health benefits of the greens. I would look for something all natural to add to the smoothie for flavoring, so you don't take away the potential health benefits. I hope this helps! Blessings to you and yours :)

    Sounds like there's no need for a multi vitamin with a good diet.

      Hi John! I think you are absolutely right! Based on your personal needs, you may need some individual nutrients in supplement form, but enough can't be said for a good diet. We would ALL benefit from eating a lot of plant foods in their natural state. Thanks for watching and commenting! Enjoy those leafy greens :)
