Just finished installation. Tutorial was super clear, thanks! In my case, for some reason, there was a small bubble in the middle of the screen after all the glue had expanded evenly. I used the wiping cloth to push it to one side with care. Note that the screen protector is not glued yet at this point so if you push too hard, it will move. Just do it with care. After the ultraviolet process, its now fixed with the screen and there are no bubbles remaining. I did end up with few tiny... bubbles i gues? that look just like dust (despite being crazy careful in all the steps and cleaning) and its a bit annoying but hopefully ill get used to them and my brain will ignore it after a while. Good luck everyone!
Long installation process, worth the effort! The installation process is a bit daunting. It is a lot of steps! I recommend watching the video several times before you begin so that you feel confident with them. And do not forget to clean the screen! Try to do the steps quickly to keep dust and other things from landing on the screen. Once the adhesive is on the screen, there's not anything you can do to remove the dust that got between the screen and the protector. The only other thing is to be patient. The video says it can take several minutes for the adhesive to spread beneath the entire protector. I waited 3 or 4 minutes for both my phone and my wife's, but eventually it did spread on its own. All of this is worth it, though. The protector is super clear, the fingerprint scanner and touch sensitivity work normally, the stylus works fine, and the surface still allows for easy swiping. The fingerprint scanner did get a little less sensitive, especially for my wife. She already had a hard time with the scanner without the protector, but found that blowing on her thumb to warm it up made the scanner work normally even after applying the protector. Overall, I'm very happy with the product!

This is the second TechMatte screen protector that I have bought in the last couple of years. Overall this one has also worked well for me. The glue took a while to spread, but eventually it did cover the entire screen. There was a very small amount of leakage onto my desk, but it cleaned up easily and it might have been my fault if I didn't seal things completely tight in the first place. In any case, I appreciate all of the items that are included in the kit to help insure a successful installation including a second screen if needed. Just be sure to watch the video and follow all of the steps carefully. If I had it to do over, I would buy this product again.
I am extremely satisfied with both of my purchases for my new s20 ultra. I purchased a uv screen protector as well as camera screen protector for rear cameras. I would definitely recommend and purchase more from them for my children's and husband's tech protection!

pay close attention to the speaker cover make sure its reallyreally flush / covering the speaker completely I lost volume in my speaker and total use of my s20 ultra's second speaker ( the top unit ). I followed every instruction to the T and made sure i dropped the protector in the glue slowly etc still cant use my second speaker or get full volume out of the earpiece speaker. would be a great product without wet installation ive done SEVERAL wet installs in the same manner with zero issues this however has me irate over the loss of speaker use.
I've installed this thing four times and I have notes. Be careful of the absorbers bending in the frame, the protector might catch on them and drop unevenly while pulling the orange tab. The glue can take 15-20 minutes or more to spread properly. That being said, the reason they tell you not to touch the screen protector or cylinder while the glue is spreading is because your phone will start giving you ghost touches if you do. And if you still get ghost touches, turn on touch sensitivity.

I contacted techmatte and explained my situation and the agreed to send me a new unit without any hesitation. The customer service is exceptional, this is why I went with techmatte rather than whitestone dome glass. They are similar in price but I think in performance of the fingerprint reader, techmatte products are far superior
I bought it on Amazon I would say how exciting it was when I receive my screen protector. I watch this video while installing it well the liquid didn't fit all my screen after 20 minutes. I contact the warranty. They sent my replacement and its on its way. Over all my experience with the screen protector I can say I recommend. Besides the the liquid didn't fit. I would buy same product for my husband cellphone
This product ruined my phone after the included plastic tray broke and the liquid adhesive spilled all over the sides of my phone, speakers, etc. It ruined my speakers and I spent two hours chipping away at the screen protector that refused to come off because it broke into tiny pieces when trying to pull it off. I am extremely dissatisfied
QUESTION: In the manual, the metal cylinder is placed on the fingerprint scanner before the glue reached the fingerprint scanner area. But on the video, the metal cylinder is placed on the fingerprint scanner after the glue reached it. Which is which? I don't want to do the installation until I know which one is correct.

So the glue stopped and didn't go all the way to the bottom, now there is the blob of adhesive. Followed everything this is a s 20 ultra. Would the adhesive disappear after a while?

Liquid stopped short of covering one corner after about 5 minutes. Just enough of a line that I can tell it didn't spread out all the way. Disappointing...
I used your guys screen protectors for years, but highly disappointed in this one I've recommended you guys to so many people so it disappoints me to say this one was a bust. Specially as pricey as this one is. The tray snapped out of nowhere wasnt even touching it and the glue refused to cover the upper part of the screen. So my left top edge and bottom right edge have no glue whatsoever and that's after waiting for 20 minutes for it to spread. As far as the parts that dont look awful it's a nice screen protector very clear. But highly disappointed. I've been super busy lately so haven't had the chance to put it on till way after I got it but what a bummer the day I did. EDIT!! So we reached out to you guys for the defected screen protector and within 3 days you guys had me a brand new one and included everything I needed. At first they asked for pictures of the broken tray which i had unfortunately threw away at work, but after a few emails detailing this they decided to make an exception with no issues at all and were so helpful! I just put the brand new one on and its perfect, the tray held up and the quality is great like everything else you guys provide. Thank you so very much I will always stick with your protectors!! EDIT #2 Sad to have to this again in a negative manner after receiving my second protector the installation process went much better. Sadly after about a week of having it on the phone just magically chipped and cracked, crazy I know but it was literally sitting on the couch next to me while I was playing some xbox. Then today I pulled it out of my empty pocket and there's a huge scratch or crack I cant tell which. The same pocket that I've had this phone in for days on end with no protection. I've had your protectors since the 5s even one on my nintendo switch but this is your guys worst product I'm sad to say.
