Wow! That is such a cool app, thanks for showcasing this! I usually use Custom OS like MuOS on my Anbernic XX devices, but I was thinking of getting the RG40XXV and keeping the StockOS on it, because of all the preset bezels and shaders. If I do, I'll definitely will try it out :D
@@rafiqurrahmanpriyam OK, so I also modded the python scripts to add GameGear, SMS and Genesis. Pretty easy. I thank the original author for the easy navigation and layout. Pity they took down the GitHub :(
A brother on my reddit post suggested this method to make it work on MuOS but that might be hard for some of you but I am sharing it anyways. Here's how to make app work on the latest MuOS. 1. Simplify start-up script ROMDownloader.sh: `#!/bin/bash` `progdir=/mnt/mmc/MUOS/application/ROMDownloader` `cd $progdir` `program="python3 main.py"` `$program` 2. Copy ROMDownloader.sh file and ROMDownloader folder to /mnt/mmc/MUOS/application on your console (using SFTP) 3. Login to MuOS terminal with SSH (putty). 4. Install python package installer and PIP library: `# python3 -m ensurepip --default-pip` `# pip3 install pillow` 5. Run application from MuOS menu Applications->ROMDownloader By default app tuned to SD2.
