Here’s my personal experience with Mexcal for you to enjoy. I once visited Tijuana and brought back some mexcal that had a worm 🐛 in it. Can’t recall the name but it had a cartoonish worm that took up most of the label. I drank it with friends and it was alright. I visit my cousin years later and I ask him how his trip to Mexico was and he elaborates. We were talking about tequilas all of a sudden and he wanted me to try a mexcal he bought down there. It was the same kind but just a double shot worth with a worm in it. (Small bottle to have it’s own worm). I told him I had this type before and he insisted that I drink it. So he pours it into a rock glass and I throw it down quickly. As soon as I swallowed it I knew I entered hell. I’ll bypass the details of trying to hold it down only to… make a mess… anyway it turns out he had bought that bottle 4 years earlier on a different Mexican trip and when he got back he had put it on display in one of his windows that faced east (direct sunlight exposure) for th e ENTIRE 4 years he had owned it. The worm itself had liquified however still retained its shape until further inspection. The taste …. Imagine MAGGOTS stewing together for four years in direct sunlight. Because that worm looks like a gigantic maggot and you may know the smell of them if you ever encountered them. Now intensify that memory of disgusting smell in your mouth and the intensity of the taste and smell TEN TIMES FOLD!!! I have 1 happy memory of mezcal and 1 HORRIBLE MEMORY…..😥 I will never drink mezcal or any drink that has a worm in it….and Wild turkey…u can go to HE$$ TOO!!!
As a mexican here's a little advise for everyone trying mezcal. NEVER BUY "MEZCAL" WITH SHIT ON IT. Those are cheap and horrible mezcal made only to impress the gringos. A real good quality mezcal will never have shit on it.
Guys, something I learned the hard way is that for the most part, Blanco Tequilias are for mixing. If you want something to sip, you want to find a Repasado or Anejo. Those have some ageing like a whiskey/bourbon and get much more interesting flavors going on that a blanco. The clear Blanco's are better for mixing because you're going to bury the subtilties with whatever you mix it with. Just some friendly advice from a Tequila drinker. 😉
one of the finer ones I've had is Fortaleza blanco. Still some intense flavor but more through the nose than on the taste buds. I need to try more reposado and anejo though.
@@adrianadeanda6647 - I'll have to check that out, but this is also why I said "for the most part". There are definitely some Blancos that are good for sipping, but generally a darker color will be better. 😀 Not always, but most times.

Dermot and Paddy are channeling their inner Ed Gien 😬 skull bowls and all😂
Been watching for years, and I would LOVE to sit down with Dermot and Paddy and have a drink or 6.
As soon as I saw Midori, I was like whaaa? Thats Japanese.
Hey Greetings from Tijuana, Baja California Mexico Love Your Videos I Recommend You Try Licor de tequila Agavero
Paddy and Dermot together? Well, this ginger is tickled pink. Thank you! 👩🏻🦰👍🏻💋
Great job quitting tobacco, Laura! 💪🏻 Keep it up! I quit for 20 years, and then started again, and quit again 20 months ago. Being free from tobacco telling you what to do is awesome!
I’m Mexican and I prefer Tecate over corona
Same. I never understood why everyone loves Corona when there are so many better Mexican beers out there. Even corona like ones like Sol and Estrella. But my favorites are Pacífico and Negra Modelo.
I'm American and I prefer Corona Light
Beer
@@SmokeyChipOatley yup different states in Mexico have local beers
What a shoot! Dermot and Paddy with the Disturbed reference, I'm in love with the Mescal Girls, and I want to go to Mexico and get drunk with Pagan.
I love that skull, would look great next to the bottle for the crystal skull vodka 💀
I have all three Kah skulls which you can no longer buy thanks to the Crystal head vodka lawsuit. they were forced to change their bottle design
@douglashoward346 Consider me jealous.
I thought the design was for Dia de los muertos, and utterly different considering it's also opaque.
Fantastic video as usual Try'ers!
Mezcal. My phone changed it to mexcal. Sorry
As a mexican here's a little advise for everyone trying mezcal. NEVER BUY "MEZCAL" WITH SHIT ON IT. Those are cheap and horrible mezcal made only to impress the gringos. A real good quality mezcal will never have shit on it.
Everyone on this channel is just such a vibe!
I love my Irish people so much!
The Miami Vice T-shirt that Sean was wearing brought back 80’s memories for me 😊
Pagan 😍❤
Love your channel! All of the people are great!!
Come on!!! You go Corona, when you could have gone Tecate, Victoria, Pacifico, Modelo, or even Dos Equis LOL

That gives me an idea for D&D homebrew. Thanks, Dermot.
Silver/ Blanco tequilas are the smoothest
No. Tequila blanco derecho.
@@adrianadeanda6647 - I'll have to check that out, but this is also why I said "for the most part". There are definitely some Blancos that are good for sipping, but generally a darker color will be better. 😀 Not always, but most times.
Mezcal is my favorite alcohol. Love in cocktails, in Chicago we have many mezcal specific bars.
We're going to Mexico! Nosotras vamos a Mexico!
Laura's facial expressions after drinking the Kah had me rolling!
Put lime in your Corona. Hear me screaming that "no wire hangers" style.
ALL the limes.
I always get super excited to see Dermot!!!!!
Dermot's desecration of Paddy's body to have his head is reminiscent of a horror love story or porn 😊
Got the best people to try these drinks. Ty for this
The fact that the C-19 global hysteria hurt sales of Corona is a deeply sad commentary on the state of education...
