Jack. Can I make your day? The WT Imperial Theme works fine on one monitor. Ive bene using it like that for 8 years plus. and it is STUNNING. (Maybe youve already found this out by now?) Its just a matter of undocking the Mixer window from the Track / background. It'll still look squashed - You drag (resize) the mixer window so its taking up 99% of your screen. You can't have it 50/50 like a normal theme. You absolutely need to assign a key command to open/close the mixer window. (or it'll always obscure your track window) which is so easy tweak to do. I use the space bar. as its big and right in front of your fingers (and i don't use it for transport stop/start as I have a dedicted transport controller) This is not an 'ify' 'dodgy' way to use WT Impreial and Reaper. Its 100% functinal and servicveable. I tweaked the Imperial theme and named it Imperial24 if you want 24 tracks visible on a standard screen. (otherwise the basic one is good) note - if you re-install any other theme over WT Imperial when its set up like this. Your old themes will need that docking and resizing reversed. But I bet once you use the WT Imperial theme like this in Reaper... you'll never want to use ANY other theme! - Paspallum Imperial 24 link: stash.reaper.fm/theme/1629/IMPERIAL%2024.ReaperThemeZ
Thank You! the main feature of Flat Madness is how TCP FX List and TCP embedded UI's looks and feels. first go to the options>Show FX inserts in TCP. then go to the theme adjuster and change 1st theme parameter to NOT "meterbridge" (because in this mode meter populates FX list area instead of FX list itself) and enjoy! also, the 3.8 is released!
Hello. I have a Blackmore theme and it suits me, but I would like to put the faders from another Blackface theme in which they are colored. How to do it?
Thanks for this! Am trialing Reaper (coming from Mixcraft) and really wasn't happy with the look and feel of it (there's no doubting its functionality and customizability). I can see how the themes can 'soften the blow' a little, although I might still need some convincing - you can have a fantastic piece of software, but ultimately it boils down to how 'happy' it makes you feel (I say this as a GUI developer).
There are plenty of great themes on the Reaper Theme website. However, there is a size limit for storage there. So larger, higher resolution themes such as this one can’t be hosted there. Just fyi. th-cam.com/video/zNmh2zTb1f4/w-d-xo.html
Hey Bill! Yes, when you drag/drop a theme into REAPER, it should get copied into the REAPER resource directory on your computer. Check out this page that pertains to REAPER theme save paths and more: www.reaper.fm/sdk/walter/images.php (this is on the official REAPER website). Once installed, you can also move the theme around in your file explorer if you want to. For fonts, as far as I know, the only way to change your font in REAPER is to download/install a theme with a new font. If the theme you are looking at has custom fonts, they should automatically be applied to REAPER once you install the theme. The custom fonts should be included in the REAPER theme zip file as well; there will not be a separate save path for fonts. I hope this helps!"
Blackmore is killer: thank you! These themes are a great help for visual fatigue.
Excellent presentation, thank you !

You're not showing the midi editor or the media explorer of the themes.

When you drag/drop does it copy into the "Themes" system file? Also, what about fonts? A Theme I'm looking at has custom fonts. Thanks!
