- Ghugni or curried white or yellow dried peas recipe is native to India and a hugely popular street food snack in Eastern India. Especially in Bengal, Odisha, and Bihar. Ghugni is also used as a base for many street food dishes. Contrary to other street foods, it is quite a healthy dish to indulge in. #streetfood #indianstreetfood

So how do you know that the person holding the camera is not working hard...he might have had to buy am expensive camera amd edit a bunch of stuff before uploading....also due to this upload, the vendor might have his business increased. It is not necessary that everyone has to do the same type of work to earn....

I know this man .....I have been eating ghugni for atleast maybe 15 years now from my school days...his ghugni is awesome just no comparison with any ghugni I have ever eaten.....its Sealdah Station south section...Whoever visits this station eat ghugni and boiled egg from him.
