His customers are people who walk, shop on the streets and are comfortable with such Street food. I admire his going the extra mile by making such a beautifully decorated shop and being so well organized. Would like to look him up and eat at his stall if I go that way.

BUT the street vendores NEVER USED their bare hands because they used cheap plastic gloves to avoid touching the foods. And yes they used cheap PAPER PLATES. So don't give the bullshit that that's a street food and not a 5-stat hotel or restaurant. IT'S ALL ABOUT PROPER HYGIENE or shall I say cultural practice. This is VERY IMPORTANT ESPECIALLY IN THESE TIMED OF GLOBAL PANDEMIC/COVID-19.
