I gave birthday blessings to Gideon yesterday. Today I’d like to give props to Josiah and Lily who are also stepping up in brother’s time of need. Josiah is a humble 2nd eldest who defers to his brother’s seniority, as is proper. But we see the good stuff his servant’s heart is made of.

It was so cool seeing Gideon cooking. I applaud you parents for teaching your children so young to be able to do the cooking. Started my son at an early age too. He was a cook in the Army, went on to culinary school in Vegas, helped open a couple restaurants. Then went back to college and is now an Engineer doing great things for his family.

Watching your children take care of each other gives me hope that the world is not as bad as it looks. Keep doing what you are doing with your children. for your pork grinds in asia we dip it with vinegar, you could put some garlic, onions and black pepper pwder if you want it spicy put cayenne peppers. You notice some people describe it while eating "porky" its the greasiness taste but with the vinegar it will reduce that taste and for it will taste even better. Also did you put some salt like how you put/sprinkle when you serve popcorn.

In my country we eat sweet potatoes fresh, so we keep them in the garden with greens on as we harvest what is enough for about 2-7 days; otherwise we believe they spoil fast and have green colouration after peeling. They also have an aging smell🤔. It is amazing how somethings differ in cultures around the world.
