You have great video production and presentation.
Thank you very much!
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro Wish I would have had step by step videos like the ones you have here back in the day when I was a young tech. I'm sure you are a tremendous blessing to those who follow you now.
Very concise instructions
Thanks for your videos. They are really useful.😊
wow that is pretty quiet
Great Video. Thank you for sharing. Have a nice Thanksgiving
Sure helps when the cabinet company designs sink and cooktop base cabinets with no center mullion.
3/4 hp disposal for an apartment! You are going to shake the pipes like no tomorrow and btw the broken sewer line will be free.
Lol this is for my house, it actually vibrate less than the 1/3 did 👍
I work in a 700+ units resort property, 90% of the units uses the 1/4 hp and the ones that use 3/4 hp I never had to change , I’ve been there for 9 years, I noticed the 3/4 are lot quieter and smoother ( doesn’t vibrate).
all units are condos between 4 towers 20 story high, except for some 30 cottages.
What's the reasoning for installing 3/4 units in 10 percent of the 700 units? Were they on sale? Or was it because the tenants keep clogging up the 1/4 units (requiring more service calls)?
@@plokent it’s a resort condos, some units are private, the company that I work for is owned by a construction company that built the place, they own most of the property, it’s huge.
Was that an accordion drain behind the P-trap? That would be terrible
It was. It’s not that bad I keep it clean
👍👍👍👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🪛🪛🪛🪛🪛🪛🪛
There is all kinds of wrong going on with the drain pipes. The disposer should go directly to a p-trap, and not join with the other sinks waste line. Each should have their own p-trap....and it looks like that was the case looking at the existing wall/drain pipes would have accepted/have a Y so as to accept separate p-traps/drain lines?
Im sure you can cite some plumbing code to back up these claims right? Thanks for watching. 👍
Always thought garbage disposal are for lazy ppl that can't throw their trash in a TRASH CAN
