    Thank you pointing our where to place the stitch markers. Those edges are always tricky.

    Just checked this yarn and the website indicates machine wash dry flat. Great stitch!

    I love it... I use the suzette stitch for all kinds of things... baby blankets and scarves and even right now I am in the process of using it with Bernat Blanket yarn in gray white and turqoise making a striped KING SIZE bed cover for my 27 year old grandson for a house warming present as he just bought his first house... if I knew how to upload a picture I would show you how it is looking.. so far he LOVES it.❤ ..

      It’s a great stitch! I bet that blanket is so squishy and soft. What a great housewarming present for your grandson 😊🧶

    I have a question. When I just make 10 rows it’s not very tall; I had to make at least 20 rows to get what it looks like in the video and website. Did this happen with anyone else? This is my first time with this stitch and with cotton yarn this weight! 🤷‍♀️ I love the stitch and your blanket is beautiful! I just hope I can stick with it since it’s taking me awhile to get very far along and I’m also using the 5mm crochet hook. Just wonder if they are now making the yarn smaller in texture!!! Your blanket looks thicker than mine.

      Maybe in the video the yarn appeared thicker, but I don’t think the yarn texture has changed. At least to my knowledge. As far as your rows, mine appeared shorter as well. In the video, things tend to look a little different, so please don’t get discouraged if your blanket isn’t exactly like mine. A lot of factors come into play such as gauge and tension. I’m sure your blanket is turning out beautifully 😊🧶

    This is beautiful, is this stitch a yarn eater ?

    • @AmandaCrochets
      @AmandaCrochets  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I wouldn’t say it’s a terrible yarn eater, at least not compared to some other stitches, like the waffle stitch.

    Why does it curl inwards, almost oval

    • @AmandaCrochets
      @AmandaCrochets  หลายเดือนก่อน

      If your project is curling, it’s possible your tension is too tight. You may need to go up a hook size. Hope that helps!
