09 Engine overhaul - the fuel pump

We will disassemble and reassemble the mechanical fuel pump from a VW Type 1 engine with carburetor in this video. ​The electric fuel pump is discussed in another video. The fuel pump pushrod and the fuel pump flange get extra attention in this video.

Is the NEW VW replacement fuel pump flange available from Paruzzi? I have had very bad luck with the no-name replacement flanges - especially with the height measurement (too much operational range of the exposed pushrod).

We show this one in the video 'the one on the left side in the video", it fits just well in an original crankcase.
