- Part of the fun of owning a Jeep JL Wrangler is the many possibilities of hooking up cool accessories and gadgets to your Jeep. From on board air compressors to lights bars, CB radio to flashy lights, or even a car fridge, having the option to turn them on or off from the comfort of your seat is a great addition you can do for your JL Wrangler.
Now if you have not already ordered the built-in-dash auxiliary switches from the factory, you now have the option to install it on your JL Wrangler using an original aftermarket accessory from Mopar. These switches are mounted directly in the dash, blending in nicely with the overall aesthetics of the interior while giving functional uses to the driver!
In this 2-part video, I will show you how to install the Mopar Auxiliary Switch for RHD JL Wranglers by installing a set on Emily's JL Wrangler Rubicon.
Video may get a little dry and boring as we are installing something very technical and any mistakes in routing the cables may cause the car system to malfunction, voiding warranty in the process! If you have any more questions drop them in the comments section below.
Now do note that the switches have different Mopar part numbers for the Rubicon and the Sahara models.

What a great video. Well done. I actually ordered the aux switch when I factory ordered my Sahara Wrangler to avoid doing the install myself. The aux switches are included when you order the trailer tow package, which I needed anyways. But your patience in explaining the installation are appreciated.

Wanted to thank you for this video. I watched it once then a second time while doing my install. Everything worked with only one small snags. I had a very difficult time getting the pin out of the connector until I was able to identify the locking mechanism and push it down. but again, thanks for this video it was very helpful

Hi door sill guards is by Mopar! As for the rivet, I got it through eBay! You can just search for the rivet on amazon or eBay!
