Hi Dan....... Brasil! Haha. How fabulous...... the boat is a looker, and from a design perspective, those drop balconies and open layout works just a treat. (particularly without the hob on the new one)...... enjoy those exotic birds..... :) I'm going to dig out some old Sergio Mendes & Brasil '66 records.......Cheers. S
They are correct that Dan can talk. He mentioned that some people said he talks a lot. I paid attention to him talking in this video, and I do not think there was ever two seconds in the video when Dan was not talking. It is okay to have a few seconds of silence sometimes.
Good point, my issue with presenters is that some don't realize we only need them in the lens 15% of the time, not 90%, this way we get a better view of the yachts. + videos are greatly enhanced, giving better perspective when the camera enters each area, giving a better feel for what is where and how we get there, and showing as much of an entire area as possible, not a 1000 micro shots of settee buttons, flatware trays, and cabinet hinges. The presenter here is very informative though, and covers key areas. Video Production is pretty top notch.
Quite the special boat for her length, I thought. Dan, I don't know about the dunny being a "James Bond toilet"....but that fly bridge sure seems worthy of the next Bond movie, don't you think?
G'day Jack! How are you? I got a bit over excited about the toilet lol... The flybridge and also the beautiful Brazilian jungle like landscape is very worthy of a Bond Movie
Like every boat I would plan around weather but this is not a vessel I would cross big oceans on. Shes more of a coastal cruiser, over to the Bahamas at a decent speed type of vessel or slow down to 10kts and run for a a few hundred miles at a time.
This is not an ocean liner. It will cruise the Med fine and run to Grand Bahamas fine. But it is not a boat to take out where you only see ocean for a week. Can it potentially do it? Sure, but it does not have the range. It is by no means a marina queen, but it is best suited as an island hopper, coastal cruiser etc. I would not be on it in 30 foot seas.
Yes Princess build a beautiful boat too. This 770 would also please many potential Princess buyers in some parts of the world I believe. It would be hard for them to compete against the Princess dominance in UK/Mallorca for example but in Asia/Australia and the Americas I see it having an opportunity.
It's a matter of taste I guess. I do think this feels like a better quality product than the Y72. I can't get along with Princess because I feel that their QC and designs are inconsistent.
Welcome to BraSil, Dan! It has always amazed me how scarce and restricted the boating market and lifestyle is here. Partly due to politics, economics, and legislation, always holding the country back.
Restricted? Depends on where you are in Brazil. I lived in Florianopolis for eight months. I found there to be a fairly busy and active boating and yachting community.
So I just checked and it's 20 - 25% less than than that to land one in Sydney FYI. Best to speak with the dealers however as I'm not selling these boats (link in description) and exchange rate is always changing. I understand they will also build to AMSA so you can put into charter and pay for your boat that way.
I asked apologize to the audience, when, Molly, the camera man turn on the master bed TV, pup up the convicted for 16 year in jail the rubbish bandit Brazilian president. Sorry about that. (20 min 26 sec)
@@BoatLife_DansBoatLife Sorry, Dan. Regarding bandits like him our country and people didn't deployment. Brazil should be amazing place to provide the word great things.
You have comprehensive tours that's why you talk more than other videos! Keep it up Dan.

This place is a paradise... Floripa seems like it has space for 100x more boats here. Really keen to get back and explore this place some more.
The hatch at 6:50 is to put the railing inside. Excellent video mate! Thank you 👏👏👏
Thankyou... I didcovered that the next day on the 660. Had no idea when we discovered it on camera

I would live in Floripa - paradise
super nice!..💙
dan, could you please try and tour a newer Predator 75, my dream boat, I'd love to have you tour for us.
So yes I can try actually. I'm now in communication with a big Sunseeker dealer. I didn't know and dealers from Sunseeker before.
@@BoatLife_DansBoatLife amazing, I cannot wait to see you tour it!!
Fav line - Shower for your bum thing 😅
Agh yes... I couldn't remember what that was called - whoops
Does is come with Schaefer's New Zealand Deck Sealant?
You've lost me there... what is that?

How safe it this yacht on the Middle of an ocean during very rough weather.
Like every boat I would plan around weather but this is not a vessel I would cross big oceans on. Shes more of a coastal cruiser, over to the Bahamas at a decent speed type of vessel or slow down to 10kts and run for a a few hundred miles at a time.
@@BoatLife_DansBoatLife Thanks for the clarification...

Slide outs for yachts were inevitable,
it was just a matter of time.
This one has it’s eyes on Azimut.
Absolutely. Schaefer and Azimut factories are neighbours in Brazil. 100km distance from each other. In the State of Santa Catarina.
It’s really a beautiful Yacht.. But I rather like Princess 🛥

Isn’t that what all chicks say?
$9m au to $10m au to get into a new 770 in the land down under. I think I will pass. Good video nonetheless.

There's a big difference between talking sense & talking 💩. You may speak up Dan
People complain you talk too much.
Must not have intellect strong enough to properly work the volume.
Karens will karen.

Keep on talking other wise we are not going to learn any thing knowledge is everything
Thanks for the feedback! I keep it up
