Love, how Dan calls it 'Tinbah' instead of just 'wood paneling' or 'woodwork, cabinets, cabinetry, marketry'....nah....'Timbah' Never stop being you Dan. Love it.
I’m blown away by how great your reviews are. Awesome boat too, makes me proud we’re manufacturing such great products. Not in a position to purchase now, but hopefully in the future!
Honestly this brand is worthy of all the attention. It appears they don't stuff anything up. Or if they do they find it and fix it before the owners gets the boat. That's how it appears to me anyway.
Oh glad you noticed that! This was a 16hr day for me to get all these shots so appreciate you noticing! A truly awesome brand - class leader in my opinion.
@@BoatLife_DansBoatLife I'm amazed at how you get about and leverage time on so many cutting edge boats. Genuinely the best marine reviewer hands down, deserving of sky high subs. 🇬🇧
@BoatLife_DansBoatLife You need a good strap-line Dan ! 'Shout window, floss test, girly mirror wave, 'Nick' name for yer bag, all taken mate. Maybe "you do you" ? Lol ... 😆
Wow, I want one, just a couple million bucks short. Riva, make the drop down electric shade at the back of the cockpit a screen for huge projection TV!
What a great boat. Every time I see these particular-sized boats, I always wonder what they could do with a 150' -200' foot yacht, knowing they did such a wonderful job with much less.
Rivera knows how to build! I loved everything except for the proximity of the crew quarters to the Master bedroom. I hope the sound insulation would be good enough.
The WINE COOLER DUAL TEMPERATURE: Red wines generally benefit from slightly warmer temperatures than white wines, so the upper zone of a dual zone wine cooler is typically set cooler for whites and the lower zone warmer for reds.
Depends on my mission. My mind is global so i can think of many suitable places for both boats. Overall I would favour the Riv for more missions because it's very easy to operate and I like running boats myslef.
Very nice, Dan but I'm waiting for Riviera to provide an option for nuclear power, like a sub, carrier etc. If I owned this beautiful 6800, I wouldn't want to stop to refuel more than every 6-12 months. Could you ask Riviera if that's possible ... money no object.
I would be totally pro-nuclear powered boats. Imagine what we could achieve with mini nuclear reactors. They could even help power the grid when you’re not out boating.
@@BoatLife_DansBoatLifeyep, imagine marinas paying to have yachties sell to them, their spare power... make it so Riviera...I can take delivery April 1, next year.
Keep the family together?? If I bought this it would be instant divorce (after having my gonads removed). Super gorgeous boat Dan and great walkthrough as usual!!
Absolutely love Riviera. Love their Sport series with the exception of that guant platform outback for the tender. Not something you want on a sportfish yacht. That was a huge design f,aw and nobody will tell me if you can option the yacht without it. You can put the tender up front so it isn't really needed. But when fishing you don't want the tender there amd you can deploy the temder, but then to where? On the front deck? Yes but then the seating for people not fishing can't get away. So then youmtender is tied up nexxt to you and hopefully not getting in the way. The design doesn't make sense. Does Viking, Betram, Jarret Bay, Rybovich, Mikkelsen or any of them do that? No!
I'm not a fan of 'Sport Boats' but this isn't, it's a proper yacht in the true sense. Nice to see a proper garage, not just a pocket for those dreadful jet tenders. A 2nd aft joystick would help in the Med, so too a real passerelle. Lovely around, Riv can do no wrong.
This boat has black water holding tank of 500 liters. How does that work with cabins for so many people? I mean, how much water does 1 person consume per day (toilet, washing hands, food preparation in kitchen, shower etc)? I think, some 20 liters? So, if there are 8 people on board, it totals to 160 liters per day going to black water tank. So the tank is for 3 days. How does that combine with the ocean crossing capability, if you have to find a port every 3 days to dump your black water? Or did I miss something or my calculation is wrong...Ok, if the consumption for 1 person is less, than 20 liters, then you could extend that to 4, maybe 5 days...
Maybe you should do a walkthrough before making a video. All of your guessing makes for a very boring drawn out video. Beautiful boat but other TH-camrs give a better review.

Riviera yachts are absolutely incredible.

Cheers for the kind words! Keep this boat on your dream board - it's a worthy goal!!
Masterpiece. What Craftsmanship . Great review Dan👍🏻
Cheers!
Awesome yacht - Riviera has become my favorite in this segment. Nice job on the tour.

After watching the Sea Trials, I had to rewatch this to see if this might fit part of my lifestyle!
She's VERY easy to operate.
Riviera's attention to detail is incredible, well designed, well thought out layout of the boat. Thanks Dan, for another great.... tour
Another "epic" walk-through/tour, and that engine room is "WOW!" Thank you, Dan.
Well they continue to impress ❤
Been in love with Riviera since Captain Steve at BoatTest started to review them. That foredeck is lovely, definitely needed if there's no flybridge.
Capt Steve has his own channel now so check it out. Agreed the foredeck is super amazing!
Who is Dan Jones ?
If not the world's number 1 boat reviewer.
He is very close...
Thank you Dan.
Great boat with amazing features. Aussie know-how. Great video and presentation. 🇦🇺 😊
Many thanks!
Beautiful opening sunset drone work ! You can see this Ozzy brand is quality led. Great job Dan 👏 ... 🇬🇧

What a great in-depth review, thank you.
Have to make a comment…sorry but you and Toby Hodges are now my favorite boat guys🤙🤙🌏
I appreciate that 🙏
Beautiful boat.
Lottery win required... 👍
Wow sealegs in the garage how awesome!!
I know right!
Shut up and take my money. Oh wait I havnt got any. But if I did this is what 8 would have. What a vessel. Well done Riviera
Dan, another great review of a magnificent boat. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it
You forgot to point out the LED cove lighting accents in the head which were just beautiful.
Thanks for pointing that out!

I actually asked them that too! But seems like they are so busy and completely focused on their core market that this will not happen.
Calls to me.
The boat CALLS to me.
Nuthin spooky 'boutit.
Bahaha... ok I was feeling inspired after a lovely drive so I felt like the boat was speaking to me lol
Great presentation, very thorough and informative. What is the price please?
Well, done on the showing mate

You'd have to drop the mast in Chicago, but this would be the perfect Great Loop boat
Rivera knows how to build! I loved everything except for the proximity of the crew quarters to the Master bedroom. I hope the sound insulation would be good enough.
Yeah they actually put two doors there to separate the crew and master quarters. The second door was removed for the boat show
Super yacht! Need a more how do you say BUJEE helm wheel!
haha
This boat is perfect size. Just big enough for elbow room. And small enough to owner operate.
The 600 model was a tad too small. 68 is good balance.
Yes and that Volvo DPS with Dock Assist is actually the best feature for big boats i've seen in ages!
Well designed boat, and what a brilliant engine room layout. What's the range, and top speed of this craft?
I show you in the test video
When will the Sky Lounge version come out?
Then I will buy it right away.
The WINE COOLER DUAL TEMPERATURE:

Ok... that makes total sense now. Thanks!

"Those weird US plugs" Glad I'm not the only one that refers to other countries plugs as "weird" LOL
Haha... ok weird to me
exceptional
I would move the tender to a stern high. Low platform
Can we get one of these for the s75?
You probably can use that shower to Rinse off the dinghy when you winch it in to the garage.
You taking this or a princess V65 Dan? Stunning quality 👌🤙

Outside the 12-mile zone you can just dump it in the sea/ocean
