The Civics had D15B VTEC since most Civics were EXs. No T66 turbos. T66 turbos are meant for cars like the Supra Mark III, Mark IV, Skyline GTRs and 350Zs etc. No NOS. No Spoon engines at all.
If I may correct since it’s 3 years since you mentioned, that gen Civic EX should have the D16Z6. My del Sol has one but I wish we had those D15Bs here more in the states, great-sounding motors!
One of them sounds like an N/A B-Series. Another sounds like it has a Vortech Supercharger kit and third sounds like it has a turbocharged B20 non vtec.

I get most of the tracks from rfactorcentral.com make sure you look in "temporary tracks" section. Some i got from by just searching here on youtube and or google.

Gamer Spy to make those noises in a civic you need; new transmission, turbocharge it, new exhaust,, a nitrous system, and most likely an engine swap... so we are talking some serious money for that, to find the exact parts you’d have to find someone that knows what cars they got the sounds from tho
