Ok, now let's dive into this scents: Alpine Getaway has a fresh almost minty scent, appropriately named. It does smell faint right out of the bottle though so I’m not surprised the throw was on the weaker side. villagecraftandcandle.com/products/alpine-getaway-fragrance-oil?_pos=1&_sid=5c7435914&_ss=r/?ref=m0fp9a3b Charred Patchouli I guess I expected this to smell really spicy but it doesn’t. It has a really charred but sweet feel to it. Very intriguing, I’d like to smell this in a candle. villagecraftandcandle.com/products/charred-patchouli-fragrance-oil?_pos=1&_psq=charred&_ss=e&_v=1.0/?ref=m0fp9a3b White Moss & Balsam what’s not to like about Balsam? It always has a fresh, uplifting smell to me. This is a pretty scent. villagecraftandcandle.com/products/white-moss-balsam-fragrance-oil?_pos=1&_psq=White+Moss+%26+Balsam&_ss=e&_v=1.0/?ref=m0fp9a3b Blue Verbena & Cypress I expected this to be really Cypress forward but it actually has an almost fruity scent to me. Fresh & fun. I like it. Another I’d like to smell in candle form. villagecraftandcandle.com/products/blue-verbena-cypress-fragrance-oil?_pos=1&_psq=Blue+Verbena+%26+Cypress&_ss=e&_v=1.0/?ref=m0fp9a3b Jewelled Pomegranate this smells like straight fruity pomegranate to me. As expected. Nice but nothing special. villagecraftandcandle.com/products/jeweled-pomegranate-fragrance-oil?_pos=1&_psq=Jeweled+Pomegranate&_ss=e&_v=1.0/?ref=m0fp9a3b Eggnog if sweet is your thing I’d give this a try. Sweet but not cloying. I’d be interested to see how this performs as a candle or melt. This would be a good fragrance to make winter melts with I bet. villagecraftandcandle.com/products/eggnog-fragrance-oil?_pos=1&_sid=22eafbfa7&_ss=r/?ref=m0fp9a3b Cocoa & Lavender smells like its name. An odd scent combo to my nose, not something I would naturally gravitate towards. It's like drinking hot chocolate in front of a lavender bush. Not unpleasant but again, not something I’d lean into. villagecraftandcandle.com/products/cocoa-and-lavender-fragrance-oil?_pos=1&_psq=Cocoa+%26+Lavender&_ss=e&_v=1.0/?ref=m0fp9a3b Gold Amber Leaves I really don’t know what I smell. It's on the spicy side. I can see how it would inspire the mental image of fallen leaves in autumn. I don’t dislike it but I won’t run to make a candle out of it either. Village Craft & Candle have since discontinued this fragrance so it's a moot point I guess. Holly & Ivy I have no idea how holly & ivy should smell but I’d say this is about right. It smells fresh & a bit minty for lack of a better word, it smells like the outdoors in winter I guess. I’m not sure how else to describe it. Not unpleasant but again not something I would rush to make a candle out of. villagecraftandcandle.com/products/holly-ivy-fragrance-oil?_pos=1&_psq=Holly+%26+Ivy&_ss=e&_v=1.0/?ref=m0fp9a3b Winterscape I really liked this fragrance at first but it eventually got a bit nauseating to me. I can’t pinpoint which note it is but something doesn’t sit well for me. A pretty scent nonetheless though. villagecraftandcandle.com/products/winterscape-fragrance-oil?_pos=1&_psq=Winterscape&_ss=e&_v=1.0/?ref=m0fp9a3b
