So glad to hear someone actually be honest about how much work goes into making candles.
I also make candles, and it annoys me how so many ppl think it's simply melting wax n adding scent...
    SO FAR FROM REALITY.. lol.
And wicks can be fickle no matter what kind they are.
I love your videos. Always enjoyable 😘
I also give my customers a % discount for any candle containers they return.
It reduces my cost of jar purchases and keeps them out of landfills as well❤

Hi Ariane ... I love watching your videos! I was hoping you could elaborate why you use 2 wicks and why you used 2 different types. I want to try wood wicks ,but I have had a few fails with similar ones ( true flame wicks ... a circular woodwick you put a reg wick in the middle of) - and the cost of buying MORE wicks when I have a zillion . The true flame have a good reputation in Australia , but i think i just wicked the centre wrong and cut it the wrong height too! LOL Anyway .... i am loving yours :) We have some great new wax here that is so different to what has been around. It's by All Seasons Wax Company (ASW) - if you can get your hands on some , give it a go. It is available also in the UK at London Luxury Candle Supplies and Luxury Candle Supplies here in Aus. x thankyou for you fabulous videos!

Hey whatever happened when you were going with the heat gun? It was making holes, does that go away? Salut de Montréal!

Thank you so much for your video it was very informative and easy to follow. Thank you for listing great vendors we have been ordering on Amazon and it's been a nightmare. My daughter is 16 and wanted to start making candles I've been so lost trying to help her.

Bonjour Ariane, as-tu besoin de "primer" les mèches avant l'utilisation?

I use 464 for my wax tarts. I found that using silicone cupcake molds work AMAZING for them. The molds peel clean off after set and are perfect. No need for pillar blend wax.
I found the mini and full size molds on Amazon for quite reasonable prices as well.

    Hello
I noticed this video was 2 years ago and you mentioned the company you purchased from went out of business. What company do you order from now for wax and wicks from.

Where do you buy your wooden wicks from? It's hard to find good ones that stay lit and that actually crackle!
