If you ever sell this van please let me know. Man you take care of your vehicles. This should all be taught in school!

Another great video. You have said you are not a mechanic, same here, but thanks to YT and videos like yours I can learn as I go and have just started working on my own van for the first time since buying it new in 2004.
Be careful with excessive idle because at idle the oil pressure is low and it will wear out your engine and turbo prematurely due to insufficient lubrication, and can also cause mirror glazing inside cylinders and other issues.
I have a 2004 2.7L 5 cyl 416cdi Mercedes - Australia (Dodge - US) Sprinter with over 220k and I just did almost exactly the same maintenance to the cooling system. I am pretty sure no mechanics (including the dealership) ever drained all the bloody coolant from the drain cock that you mentioned because the amount of rust and sludge that just came out from there was unbelievable. That was even after I disconnected the bottom hoses and flushed it with a hose which I thought was sufficient. I was totally wrong.

Thanks for filming your experience with cleaning your radiator. I’ve got a 07’ and want to degrease mine because I had oil spill down through. Have a great trip!

I have bad news, I don't recommend using the Zerex brand Antifreeze. Stick with the MB recommended in the manual.

    Hey. Thanks for the video.
I’d like to see your machine shop setup sometime. Lathes!
Hey, question, I could just be unfamiliar with where the coolant system routes in the sprinter but, I noticed and wanted to ask… around 2:30 into your video you hold the camera for a while on one spot and describe using that machines socket to get the drain jut and used your garden hose and ran water through for a minute. But what I’m looking at at 2:30 is your brake fluid reservoir.
Am I just missing that underneath that you have a coolant port of something.
Cuz I sure hope you didn’t flood your brake fluid res with water!?

You didn't really show how to flush the cooling system
