I do this all the time on the bike. When upshifting just blip the throttle and shift. When shifting down, just make sure the engine is not under load. That simple. Beautiful gearbox!
Flat shifting up is not a problem I find rev matching down to be 50/50 get it slightly wrong and the bike bucks and shock loads i can get it about 90 percent of the time.
I watch videos all the time of riders shifting up through the gears smoothly and quietly; then when they downshift they pull the clutch in and kick the shifter down (at idle, no rev-matching) giving the gears a fit: clunk, clunk, clunk !!! That is far worse than what you are doing. On a Royal Enfield 650 if the gearbox is making any noise the rider isn't shifting properly, they are quiet like most Japanese gearboxes. BMW's and Triumphs are notoriously noisy, the gearbox on my Speed Twin 1200 is the worst of any Triumph I have ever owned.

Thank you for your input. That's very helpful. I get my downshift 90%, right now, upshifting 100%

Yes, changing up is easy, I've almost nailed it going down. The latest video I used the clutch and rev matched depending on the conditions.
Nice bike dude
Cheers
