Getting a small displacement bike like Duke 390 or R3 is actually more fun to ride and someone can live with it for more years, rather than just stretching your budget and getting the most affordable superbike like the Benelli 600i or Hyosung 650. What I mean to say is that some people only buy bikes for just sound and looks, they just don't look at other things like their own ride experience and maintenance costs. These kind of people can never remain satisfied with a particular bike for a long period of time.
@SAHIL VERSE But actually I talked about Hyosung and Benelli, whose reliability and brand image sucks.Except sound, the 600i and Hyosung 650 has nothing else to offer that a rider can enjoy for long period of time.

Hey comrade, happy to hear your story. The Dominar is a good bike to upgrade to. About riding internationally, it takes a lot of preparations. Almost a year or so. You need to ready a lot of documents. We would suggest you check out touring forums - many experienced riders have put out their travellogues and other necessary info.
Hands down shumi is the most influential automobile journalist according to me. I really loved this podcast. As per my calculations, I'll be able to buy my dream bike after 5 years. See you all with your dream bikes soon!!
Amazing clarity in this podcast.. thanks Shumi. Really useful for those of us thinking of a big bike. The one thing which I think we also need to consider is most of these bikes are imported and therefore if someone has even a minor accident, one has to wait for parts to be available with a dealer. The waiting period could differ from one manufacturer to another.
Simply mind-blowing. The honesty levels are what made me sit in rapt attention. And Schumi's style is spot on. No needless BS. Reality served through and through. Loved it. Please make more podcasts like this. :)

Thank you! Glad it helps! Would you tell your friends about it? Maybe it will help them too!
@@shu_mar Thank you! for making these videos.
Yes! I had already forwarded this to my friends who too wanted to buy big bikes but were sceptical about it.
Also just subscribed, dint know you had a personnel channel.
Amateur PetrolHead excellent. I didn’t either. I don’t think there’s any content there 🤣🤣🤣
After I guess more than a year I found one PD video which is watched till the end and it kept me engaged. Wonderfully narrated Schumi and I think we all can connect to your thought in one way or another. I hope PD keeps coming up with more insights and true rider experiences shared like this one. Good Luck !
Thanks Shumi for this Podcast. For me, keeping finance in consideration it says RE650 Himalayan, but my emotion takes me back to KTM 790 Adventure !😁😁 After this Podcast m sure what I am buying ! Thanks alot
I dont know why i am watching this video
My broken ass cant even afford a splendor+😂😂
hey sumi this is the best ever video i have seen the insights were enlightening..... love you bro for those talks from the experience and heart ... i would love to connect with you ... i am a small time rider from kolkata .. who also dreams of big bike experience currently i am riding a gixxer 150 and have almost traversed the country with it with my spouse from gurudongmar to kochi .... it was tough but i kept on pushing my envelope ... Sumi i would love to ride with you some day .. i usually have never ridden with a group .. me n my spouse we both do most of our touring... powerdrift is the reason i started touring a long back ... now i am thinking of upgrading to a dominar 400 plz give your views .... it would be really helpful ... bcz now i plan on doing a india to siberia .. n i dont have any knowledge about it ... well i have never ridden outside india ... can you help us out ...
Even before watching these videos why people dislike 😡 . Feel bad for #PDArmy
I don't think anyone else can explain the big bike experience better than how you did Shumi..👍👍🙏👏
Didn't expect this to be this good.. Well done..
Thank you Srikanth!
Hands down shumi is the most influential automobile journalist according to me. I really loved this podcast. As per my calculations, I'll be able to buy my dream bike after 5 years. See you all with your dream bikes soon!!
Thank you for the enlightenment. PowerDrift hits the bulls eye, every time. Shumi Sir great as always.
That means a lot to us, Shashank! Hit that Like button if you wanna see more!
LOVED IT ❤️🔥👌🏻
Thank you, Harish!
I Want To Buy The Yamaha R1🔥 And One Day By the Grace Of God I will definitely Buy It..❤️ Once Again You Guys nailed It🔥 #PainterSquad #Powerdrift
All the very best Bhupesh!
Hopefully soon Bhupesh! All the best :)
brilliant, simple, To the point, worth a lot. hats off shumi.... love you.
If you see my heart, Triumph street triple RS is written there ♥️♥️♥️
Awwwww! I dearly hope and pray that you can get one soon!
My first Big bike is going to be nine othet than the Kawasaki Z900
Best of luck!
I love that bike
I own it bhai
@@prakashchoudharyvlogs8512 how's the overall experience of the bike??
Fuck yeah mine too
I have got Rs. 15 in my account, my dream is tiger 900
All you need to do is plan for it, and you'll be able to get your hands on it some day :)
Simply mind-blowing. The honesty levels are what made me sit in rapt attention. And Schumi's style is spot on. No needless BS. Reality served through and through. Loved it. Please make more podcasts like this. :)
Hey, thanks Pinaki! We have more coming up. Stay tuned!
Thank you for watching! So happy it helps!
All i can say is Thanks A Lot for all information, you guys have covered many questions in my mind even though i was thinking of jumping from 125 to a quarter litre bike. Now i can with confidence.🙏
I told my wife Bike r my first love before marrying her. Thats how selfish I am and got a fleet of bikes 😁
Oh my. 😂
Instead of the this, you should try "how to convince your parent's for big bike 😁😁😁
😁😁😁. That would be a 15 second 'cast where I would tell you.... wait for it..... "Best of luck! Make an unbeatable pitch!"
All you have do is this..
"Mummy please.. Papa ko bolo na bike laakar dene.. I swear exam mein 90% laoonga.. Aur speeding bhi nahi karoonga.. Bole toh side wheel bhi laga loonga.."
@@belsonkoshy7884 I did the same lmao, getting my rr 310 after this corona situation is stabilized.
belson koshy And don’t forget to promise to put the “Mummy says no race” sticker on the bike.
@@shu_mar 😉😃😃.. true.. optionally i don't ride fast, i just fly low.. but i'm thinking where would "Mom's/Dad's Gift" come?? Shouldn't this be the first one..
First! Oh wait...
Fine. It's my first comment on YT today. :grrrr:
Did the intern forget to order your iced coffee? :P
@@powerdriftofficial What intern! PowerDrift's @Home bro!
@@shu_mar then most probably you would be your own intern 😅

@shumar ...that's why I love n respect you a lot sir ..felt as if I am watching some tutorial webinar..cleared all the doubts of someone who doesn't have money right now but planning to own a big bike once in life before hitting the graveyard.. I am gonna download this video and will use when that moment comes in my life..
Glad you liked it Bob! But yes, please come back here and give it a watch rather than downloading it, every view on it counts for us :)
Also, all the best, hope you get your hands on a big bike soon!
You simply won our hearts with this podcast Shumi.
