Should have mentioned that at 21:03 her glance at Echo's mystery tech convinced her to deviate from her suicide. The monkeys reminded her of her mother. There seems to be a non-verbal communication and symbolism with monkeys in it.
Should have mentioned that Jinx faking her death is similar to The Dark Knight Rises where Batman faked his death before the explosion, also her escaping from a fall into a ventillation shaft is similar to Luke Skywalker falling and escaping as well. Jinx seeing an aspirtiion of Silco in a jail cell is also similar to Bruce Wayne also seeing his mentor Ras Al Ghul in the Dark Knight Rises.
Arcane was one of the best shows that I have experienced in years. I'm sad to see it end. Hopefully further related stories in this world will prove to be as good. That's a tall order though.

Viktor’s plan is a lot like the human instrumentality project as well. And I cannot believe mother fucking Singed was the only one who got his happy ending. Fucking Singed.. god damn it rito. A masterpiece though.
Great job as usual guys. MT you missed how Jinx saw her monkeys inside of the Z drive before she finally decided not to blow up again... She has shimmer blood so maybe she could even see the subtle differences between her monkeys and the monkeys in the z drive
I finished watching the series and came looking for this video! lols it was a great finale. I was thinking of Neon Genesis Evangelion during the last part of episode 9.
The monkeys being 'normal' n not glitched also represents how since Vi dies, the mission to retrieve Vander never happens so she never uses the cymbal-banging monkey toy to power the Hextech crystal. That was her breaking moment bc of the guilt she faced ALONE and Silco got his hands on her. The birth Of jinx. But in this universe everyone mourned Vi's death together, she still has a doll of Vi but uses it as a healthy coping mechanism. Its so sad to see what could've been if she was given the proper support.
This was a goated series with a very very direct planned story, it was simply Amazing and im glad it wasnt dragged out to ruin how crisp the two seasons are as a whole
'kind of his fault'. It always was Ekko's.. Vander explicitly made the rules to everyone as everyone looks up to him that you stay out of Piltover's business. And what did Ekko do? he went into Piltover's business and supplied a tip. You can call him 'boy savior', but ultimately this whole series of tragedies started with Ekko.
No it started with Jayce, Ekko is and was a child but the show blatantly shows us that Heimerdinger was right in telling Jayce not to pursue his creation. That work is what led to Ekko getting the tip to send them topside and that work was what nearly led to the end of Piltover and so many lives being lost. Jayce did this, Viktor was also a victim here.
@@IAmHavok Jayce would have been reigned in by the council as there would have been no threat from Zaun to justify its pursuit. Ekko however was explicitly told by Vander stay out of the business not only did he follow, but he passed the 'tip'. It wasn't Jayce, it was Ekko..
@metoo7557 Silco knew about it as well and wanted the power for himself so they would've absolutely still been a threat, that was the reason he had those kids waiting for them because he knew there was something big up there as well. Blaming a child for something adults put in their path is crazy

And, there would have been no need to send the enforcers into the undercity if they weren't at Jayce's because the hextech would not have been stolen. There would have been no threat. In swains lore i believe he doesn't work for the black rose (in fact he's trying to find whose in charge) he lost his arm due to a battle in Ionia which the black rose set him up to be killed there. he didn't die but lost an arm and made a deal with a demon called Rahust (one of the main demons like Fiddlesticks, we don't know what the deal was i think) bro went back to noxus and pulled an I'm not dead, rebelled against the previous tyrant (borham darkwill i think, he was getting manipulated by the back rose) and put in the trifecta government thingy. With him, Darius and the veiled one who is thought to be lablanc the leaders of noxus now. the black rose is basically the illuminati that want to stop the undead mordakiser (a worse tyrant who dealt with death magic stuff) from taking over because he was pissed he never got the undead army in the afterlife. please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm typing this while very tired so some parts may be wrong. but TLDR the black rose is everywhere.
I'm pretty sure powder will recreate a better z drive to find echo in the next coming shows. I can imagine Jinx goes off into the world to stop another vicktor like threat from happening due possibly the spread of hex tech and shimmer being released into the world and warick is still alive he gonna come back more blue and wolf like with no memories which is sad. Vicktor, Jace and Highmerdinger is somewhere in the multiverse and will show up to set the big bad or the future final LOL TV series
Odd anticlimactic ending. Enjoyed it in the main. Too many musical breaks and felt a bit rushed, especially after the middle 3… but still top quality animation
The fact that the flaws are right there front and center intrigues me. It's soo condensed that we wouldn't even be mad if they stretch it into 4 seasons
Also why did viktor not just send jayce back to kill singed or viktor or not make hextech. that part was kinda confusing. if he can be sent back just send him back 5 yrs earlier instead of after viktor transformed... Time travel shows are always like that tho

are we sure Viktor saved him when he was a kid? Because the hooded guy from season one was way different, had hand tattoos and stuff. I don't know about that one. also because when I watched this moment in the series I got confused, if they never met wouldn't it mean Viktor wouldn't get to this state already?
