I didn't really pay attention to the chat. But I think the problem was that they were complaining about a lack of post release content when the game just came out, or wasn't even out for some regions
@TAMAMO VIRUS one of the "troll" complainers had only followed the stream 15m and was going on about stuff like the barrels having yellow paint on them and that the game was to easy
Playstation definitely makes the best looking, most expensive cutscenes that reliably feature visually noticeable model swaps. I'm sure most are eventually patched out entirely but its just something with Playstation's design that seems to continually create juuuuust the right conditions to trigger the visual flaws in ways where players can reliably "peek behind the curtain"
It's the kind of streamer behaviour that I absolutely hate, if I were one, I'd eat before streaming or put the "be right back" animation so no one would have to be subjected to my gross mouth noises.
I think everyone bitching about Ada's new voice is hilarious. She's supposed to sound bored. She's there to get a item and just biding her time till. She doesn't fucking care about all this. imagine being good enough in this day and age be VA and people say THEY could do better. It's not like it was 20+ years ago people were random shmucks off the street were brought in lol.
I think people's issue is just how much worse she sounds compared to her role in RE2R. It honestly sounds like she may have had throat issues during recording in a few scenes. Almost doesn't sound like the same woman and too be fair, her performance is pretty stiff compared to her performance in RE2, you don't have to be a Chef to know when food doesn't taste good. I absolutely loved her in RE2R, but like a lot of people seem to be saying, something about her performance in this game sounds pretty off. Adas character also sounded hella bored in OG RE4 and in RE2R but nobody was complaining there, at least not to this extent. It was especially noticable when she had to act alongside this games Luis. EDIT: apparently they hired a new actress for Ada between RE2R and RE4R. Bizarre choice.

Lol Your fault Pat.. should've told Ashley to stay close to you 4:13:00
Did Pat turn auto-reload off? That looked fun.
I can’t hear this Canadian accent Pat think Leon’s VA has
Y'know that dance didn't really make people all that safe.
Everyone... where dog go?
If Pat doesn't stop eating into the microphone I swear to God I (am legally joking when I say that I) am going to tank every ISP in BC so he can't stream while eating anymore
Cope and seeth
Striker gets 80 shotgun shells for free?.. I don't remember that one Pat 😅
Oh it totally does. The exclusive upgrade gives you a capacity of 100. Since capacity upgrades in the original filled your ammo as well, that's 80 free shells if it was already loaded. Upgrade it when you're empty for 100 free shells.
this rules. stop it. freaks. thank you.
Pat been watching Tim Rogers streams?
also Pat's background is so Armored Core. man i'm getting hype for AC6!
I don't like the idea that you're a troll for having complaints about a game. Seems pretty dumb to force postivity and think that a game is literally perfect. After playing for a few hours, it's a good game but not even close to the OG.
That guy didn't even say anything bad or outlandish. Just got dogpiled by the crowd like always. Once again proving that whoever participating in twitch chat is 90% retard.
I'm with you on that, their logic falls down to "but its a new game, you should be grateful".
in other words don't ask questions, just consume product and get excited for next product.
@@cobra29935 which I think was followed a minute later by Pat dying brutally
Nice!
Dude, Ada sounds fine, anyone who thinks otherwise is tripping nonsense.
BEST GAME EVER 😄 GOTY
Okay, so Ashley is growing on me. It just took an hour or so, but her voice makes up for a lot of her face shortfalls. . . .
i did make sure not to watch any more walkthrough until i beat the game
Same.
Pat really needs to turn off his camera whenever he has food in front of his face. That's just disgusting and talking with his mouth full.
It's the kind of streamer behaviour that I absolutely hate, if I were one, I'd eat before streaming or put the "be right back" animation so no one would have to be subjected to my gross mouth noises.
@@marcellosilva9286 I totally 100% agree or wait till the end of the stream to get something to eat
@@davenic2471 There's other weird inconsistencies. Like Salazar sounding weird and different in his first scene but then all scenes after he sounds like he's Salazar again. New Saddler is also kind of disappointing. especially since we see so little of him.
@@Zangelin I actually really liked the new Saddler and think it was a good creative decision to have him be way less involved until the end. I'm literally a minute away from the first Salazar cutscene on my third playthrough so I'll see if I notice that. I definitely did think he was sounding more and more like classic Salazar as his scenes went on but I thought that was just in my head. I love what they did with his boss though. This game doesn't replace the original for me, but it gets really close. Probably my second favorite RE overall.
Yeah I'm not gonna read comments. Sorry. I know I'm gonna be told why I'm wrong probably by people over the internet, but I'd rather not and just keep on going. You do you guys.
