  • In this tutorial, Max Venus shows you how easy it is to route your instrument tracks to a send track to apply effects such as reverb, delay, compression and more. You'll learn the benefit of using a send track over an insert effect, and how to route multiple tracks to one send. You'll also learn how to set up multiple effects on a send track.

nice quick tutorial, but you might not want to keep the dry signal on your send tracks. Only wet, cause thats what you are looking to gain control over. When you keep the dry signal you are essentially getting double signal and it will increase the volume of original signal

I do it they way he does it, but instead of "route to this track" I choose "sidechain to this track". Then you add the apllied effect by increasing the effect volume wtih the round knob. If you don't, you will not hear the effect. Like this, you get only the wet signal.

Ok so this is where we can differentiate between Mix Bus and Send Tracks:
Mix Bus are solely for controlling multiple elements of similar SOUNDS at once. And Send Tracks are for using the same EFFECTS on multiple different sound at once? am I correct?

Question when you export the track outs, will it also export the send tracks as well?

Shi I have a problem, been trying to find a solution but nothing helped me, so, when I use send channels or even make a bus channel, like, had vocal and rooted it to send channel or bus my vocal’s volume starts to increasing a lot and I can make the og vocal channel sound quieter but because the volume increased it will sound like a distortion thing, like, if you want to improve distortion, u need to improve the conflict frequencies and if you would just make it sound more quiet it will still sound distorted but just not that loud and this is the problem I have, for god’s sake, help me!!!!
