I also wonder if this moon civilization is actually older than even void century. We know lunarians existed on red line (which many wrongly theorized was made in void century) long before void century. Could the ancient kingdom encompass more than just the blue planet? Anyway I can see enel coming with an army of seraphims and anicent technology he discovered. Problem is their wings are not coloured black and I see no flame.
Man. I always saw Enel sailing into the sky trying to get the moon as symbolic of his inability to reach his goals because he's over confident and doesn't understand enough. He thought he'd rule the blue sea not understanding how powerful their haki users are. He thought he'd fly to the moon not understanding there is no air in space. He's full of unfounded confidence simply because he ate an OP logia fruit. I imagined the airship eventually failing because of some oversight and Enel falling into the ocean and drowning. A fitting end for "god". Oda went a very different direction.

Something tells me the Lunarian are an evil race on earth (black wings) and the angels guy who got discovered by Enel are the good ones. The monk also had white wings. Maybe Enel will have a change of heart in the future thanks to the angel army and assist Luffy. Maybe Pluton is also up there and he will help him combat the superweapon
Is this the origins of the skypeians? It seems like the moon people are skypeians and they went down to earth and landed on the clouds, and maybe some went to the ground and became the shandorans because they all have wings
If Skypian had the technology to travel from the moon to earth it makes you wonder where that technology is and if they traveled to other planets as well. There's also a possibility someone picked up the skypians and took them to earth. And that can only make you wonder who had that level of advanced technology?

Im still annoyed luffy won this fight. Enel had both Haki, which luffy did not, and one of the strongest logia fruits we’ve seen in the series. Not to mention that in real life lightning strait up melts rubber so the plot armour reason that luffy won doesn’t even hold up.
