07:47 how to use probiotic water
Probiotic water made from fermented sprouted wheat berries can be beneficial for several reasons:
Nutrient Content: Sprouted wheat berries are rich in nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Fermentation can increase the bioavailability of these nutrients, making them easier for your body to absorb and utilize.
Digestive Health: The probiotics in fermented foods can support a healthy balance of gut bacteria, which is essential for proper digestion and overall gut health. This can help alleviate issues like bloating, gas, and constipation.
Improved Immunity: A significant portion of your immune system is located in your gut. By promoting a healthy balance of gut bacteria, probiotic water made from fermented sprouted wheat berries may help strengthen your immune system and reduce the risk of infections.
Potential Anti-Inflammatory Effects: Some research suggests that certain strains of probiotics found in fermented foods may have anti-inflammatory properties. Consuming probiotic water regularly may help reduce inflammation in the body, which is associated with various chronic diseases.
Here's a simple guide to making probiotic water using fermented sprouted wheat berries in about 6 days:
    Ingredients:
¼ jar cup of sprouted wheat berries
    4 cups of filtered water
Clean glass jar with a tight-fitting lid
    Instructions:
    Day 1:
Rinse the sprouted wheat berries thoroughly under cold water to remove any debris.
Place the sprouted wheat berries in a clean glass jar.
Add the filtered water to the jar, making sure the wheat berries are fully submerged.
Close the jar with a tight-fitting lid.
    Day 2-5:
Keep the jar at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Once or twice a day, open the jar briefly to release any built-up gases from fermentation. You may notice bubbles forming, indicating that fermentation is taking place.
After releasing the gases, close the jar tightly again.
    Day 6:
After about 5 days of fermentation, your probiotic water should be ready.
Strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the sprouted wheat berries.
You can drink the probiotic water as is, or you can flavor it by adding a splash of fruit juice or a slice of lemon.
Store the probiotic water in the refrigerator to slow down fermentation and preserve its freshness. It can last for several weeks in the fridge.
Note: The fermentation process may vary depending on factors like temperature and the specific strains of bacteria present. Always use clean utensils and jars to avoid contamination. If you notice any signs of mold or an off smell, discard the batch and start again.

For gluten-free rejuvelac, one can use in place of wheat berries any of the following grains including amaranth, buckwheat, millet, quinoa, teff, etc. One can even make chickpea rejuvelac! Chickpea rejuvelac has a distinct flavor compared to grain-based rejuvelac. It's a great way to incorporate probiotics into your diet! Feel free to experiment with other legumes like lentils or mung beans, etc.

@@sandraratliff2572 just go to your grocery store and see which ingredients the store has in supply. Even barley can be used. Your decision might be based on cost. Other probiotics like kombucha and water kefir are made with sugar. This is not. So, you are saving money and creating a “healthier” drink. Annette stated you can add the drink to smoothies and even drink it straight. It’s your preference and it’s your exploration and journey. You may find some of the seeds will sprout after just 3 days. This is definitely the case with lentils, mung beans, possibly chickpeas, etc. Annette has show how to eat sprouts, too. Be blessed!

I always recommend to stay clear off all gluten products as long as possible. Yes, you need to refrigerate as shown in the video. It keeps up to a week in the fridge.

Can you use the sprouted grain to make Ezekiel bread when you are finished with them or will they be void of nutrients?

    • @flparadisevillas
      @flparadisevillas 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

I would cook them maybe, I wondered the same thing about there being a way to use them, but I know for ezekiel bread, grains must be totally dry to mill them

Eating Ezekiel bread is a sign of enduring judgement from God. It's a bread made to hold off starvation, a desperate measure.
The grains wouldn't be completely void, but after using the grains for so long, they would be low in nutrients, next to nothing.

    • @flparadisevillas
      @flparadisevillas 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Ezekiel bread is incredibly healthy and by itself sustained life for ezekiel for a year, it's full of incredible nutrients in their whole form freshly ground and eaten right away, just the way God told us to eat, seeds!

The leftover won't have much nutritional value. So I put mine in the compost to feed my garden.

I’ve had this problem before on other channels. I’m deaf in my right ear and it seems that the sound is only playing on one side or the other. I can’t hear this video at all, so would assume the sound is only playing in the right speaker which I can’t hear. Not sure what the fix is, except closed captioning in this case.

This is so great! Does this have to be wheat berries? Can this be done when making micro greens? I have sprouted micro greens in a jar, thinking this could be a good way to get the probiotic beverage while also getting microgreens instead of throwing out the wheat berries for the bird.
